Below is my email: we were in for a new pet visit at the Countryside, IL location yesterday afternoon, Wednesday May 6th. I have a couple of concerns. Upon taking Guapo to the appointment we didn't see any issues with his fur or any wounds. When we were in the exam room he was walking around and even on the desktop. The intake person didn't mention seeing anything. Guapo was supposedly given a full exam. When we got home from the appointment yesterday we noticed a wound behind his right ear and nothing was said about it. I have attached pictures of the wound and you will see that it is very noticeable and wouldn't be easily missed.
