I tried to get an explanation, apology, or anything positive from the gal at the counter. She didn't quote me the $30 price online or I would have cancelled it and got it somewhere else. She made me pay that ridiculous price, saying I ordered "full color". I ordered black and white actually. She said, but I ordered white letters. How about telling me that information before the order? When I said she did not give me the price up front, she said "I did for the metal", to which I responded "I thought this would be cheaper" and she shot back "it is." UGH~!
