Walked approximately 1 mile to this hole in the wall from our hotel. Somewhat smokey inside, drinks were ridiculously priced at 7.50/ea for top shelf liquor. Bartenders were friendly enough; however, after the first round, smaller plastic cups were given. Also located in a shady area, be careful of your surroundings. Not sure when happy hour is: however, bartender told us it ended at 3pm (24/7 operation). read more

Watered-Down Drinks - Again! Think twice before heading to Just Us for a drink. This is the second time I've been disappointed by their cocktails--no buzz, no kick. I'm convinced they either switch out the alcohol or water it down. Whatever the case, it's not worth the money. I'll pass from now on! read more

A fun spot only open part of the week. We stopped on a Friday karaoke night. Some good singers into the now music. Comfortable place seemed like a Cheers vibe where everyone was supposed to know each other. Good service. read more

Positives first: karaoke is great. Singers are awesome. Cons: the place fills with "oh I love gay people" coincidentally right around the time other bars close. Super negative: they charge up to 12.5% of your total bill for the privilege of using a credit card. My suggestion: pay cash and tip. The staff ain't getting that 12.5%. That goes to the man. read more

Be cautious if you happen to visit that place and encounter the bartender known as Jason, or Regina; I've heard that Regina is his drag persona. This individual has a tendency to take advantage of unsuspecting individuals. I witnessed an incident where he exploited an 85-year-old woman who was easily swayed because of her mental state. He cunningly took money from her and callously tossed it into his tip jar. It's despicable to treat a vulnerable elderly person in such a manner. She and I together spent $27 on two drinks, a rum and coke, and a non-alcoholic beverage. He pocketed the remaining amount, approximately $20, unjustly swindling both the elderly woman and myself. As a result of this unacceptable behavior, they have lost my patronage. I will seek out a more reputable establishment to frequent. It's disheartening to witness these bartenders freely distributing costly drinks to their acquaintances while overcharging unsuspecting customers who simply wish to enjoy a drink. It appears they are compensating for their dishonest actions by serving generous portions to their friends and themselves, all the while manipulating and stealing from other patrons. read more

Super disappointed at this place! I saw this place on a documentary I came across. I told my friends that live in Louisiana about it.They let me know they were only an hour away and that we could go check it out. When we got there we immediately started taking pictures by the Love is Love sign.I stood in front of the building to take a picture and I smelled cigarette smoke. I told my friends I think they smoke in there. As we walked in we immediately got hit with the strong smell of cigarette smoke which was a big turn off to me and my friends. We walked in the front door and right out the back door. I was shocked that smoking is still allow in bars and disappointed because the smoke was so overwhelming that we couldn't stay. We discovered the patio area with a bar however there was not a bar tender back there so we just left. I'm really sad to have to give this rating to an LGBTQ establishment . But the bar remimed me of a bar from the 80's full of smoke and dark inside. No where did zI see anything about smoking being allow in the bar. They might wanna add that to there website and warn warn folks read more

They may pour heavy handed but the clientele that goes there does not make everyone feel safe or wanting to stay long. If you want a place to get drunk it's probably for you but past that is just a hole in the wall with no care for those they serve unless you're a regular fixture in the bar you will likely wait for acknowledgment. This does not reflect the owners but solely the staff that "run" the place. read more

Great that there is actually a place you can still smoke in a bar. Kudos to Just us. Can't wait to visit this weekend! When in the South, you do things our way and we are very polite. read more

Just Us is a gay bar of the first degree, on Division Street in Biloxi. It is NOT for the timid, but if you behave yourself, a good time shall be had. One of the most amusing aspects of the dive is to listen to some of the conversations. During a recent visit, two women were talking about somebody being offended about "two women rubbing their vaginas together and shit," and I was just in stitches. Don't get drunk and drive outta there. The place is close to an interstate exit, and the streets back to Highway 90 are narrow, with "da fuzz" nearby to catch errant or otherwise impaired drivers. Parking is available in the rear and to the side. read more

We came here for some serious day drinking and it did not disappoint. The local patrons were very welcoming, and the jukebox is great! If you are into dives, this is your spot! read more

Dead dive bar that's empty most of the time. I don't go out often, but this is the closest gay bar to my apartment, so I've been here a few dozen times over the past five years I've been stationed in Biloxi. This bar is persistently a disappointment, so I never go with high expectations. However, it hit a nadir tonight. They throw what is generally a mediocre drag show on Monday nights. It doesn't seem to stay on time or last very long, and the performers rarely put a lot of effort into the show. Because of this show, they charge a cover on Monday nights ($10), and in order to reel in clients (who seem to be mostly straight), they offer a "Drink and Drown" with the cover. The rub is that they apparently start charging the cover around 9 PM (or whenever they end up setting up outside), whereas Drink and Drown doesn't start until 10 PM (the bartender snobbishly laughed at me at 9:30 when I was just told outside the door that I was paying for Drink and Drown), and the drag show doesn't start until around midnight. If you're looking for a small bar whose most interesting feature is the quandary of how it stays in business, this is a bar you should check out. If you're looking for a bar to sip a few drinks with like-minded people, you should really look elsewhere. Sipps is in Gulfport, but it is a decent gay bar. Otherwise, just check out one of the many bars in the casinos. As for me, I'm just counting the days until I leave this town forever. read more

My fiance and I evacuated Florida for hurricane Irma. We both decided to try this bar and were gladly welcomed. We came around mid-afternoon the first time we came here and the few patrons that were there, and the bartender were joking and laughing with us about my "interesting" selections on the jukebox. Both of us had a wonderful time and now that we are back in Florida, both really miss that place. From the moment we walked in there, we were welcomed as old friends. The drinks were cold, the music was good, the people were awesome and the bar was dark (which made me look better!!! Lol). We will definitely be coming back here when we are back in the area. :-) read more

Two thumbs way up! This bar is amazing. Dakota has a smile that could melt an igloo. Katie and Leighann are literally the most perfect ladies I've ever had the privilege to be served by. Friendly people. Good drinks. Not far from the strip so its easy to get to. Outdoor space to get away from the smoke.

A hole in the wall bar that offers a fun experience. Good pricing on drinks. Good music. DJ takes request. Bar staff friendly. Wednesday nights- Drink & Drown would be the best deal of the week. The jury is out (no pun intended) on Just Us. Depending on the time of day (and they are open 24/7), it's either friendly OR snooty. The arrangement of chairs at the bar is not conducive to much face to face chit chat (unless you turn around, spread your legs, and talk into the face of the person sitting next to you). The bartenders are friendly, but not TOO friendly. Seems late night is the time the crowds are the largest, but BEWARE: For several years, the City of Biloxi has been resurfacing Division Street, and "the fuzz" is liable to be looking for some people to arrest for DUI when they leave. Gone are the days when Biloxi cops "looked the other way," and I've known quite a few who've experienced embarrassment and such after a DUI. Locals have a good time there, because most know each other. Tourists, however, might have a hard (no pun intended) time fitting in, since gay people seem to be clannish. Last, but not least, parking is available IN THE REAR...lol. read more

Came here for a quick drink and to play pool. The night turned into several drinks and a couple rounds of pool. The bartender was super friendly, and made our drinks so delicious! Ask for the "dirty bong water." So good! The owner also gave us a $5 bill to play songs in the juke box. Such a great place to unwind. Only downside is that my clothes smelled like smoke afterwards, but that's how it is everywhere here in Biloxi. read more

Great shows. As much as you can expect from a gay bay in south Mississippi. Nice staff

It's an okay bar but I learned my listen the hard way. I will never pay for my drinks with my card one of the bartenders wrote in an $20 tip for themselves. NEVER AGAIN! I called about it and still "so call" awaiting a call back. read more

Laid Back UNINSPIRING But something to do Not to exciting but a comfortable oasis in the gay desert of Biloxi. Very dated atmosphere. Drinks are cheap and the bartenders are very nice. The "DJ" just plays typical teenie-bopper remixes of the latest girl pop hits. Songs are often repeated. The old southern racial vibe is thick. Everyone gets along and everyone speaks and entertains each other but there is still the very evident feeling that they want the atmosphere to be white girlish. Which is odd because all the old DL white guys will pounce on the unexpected newcomer black hottie. Racial stuff out of the way, its a typical cheesy dive bar. But the place is clean, safe and serves good drinks with a smile. It's just very slow and could use a hot DJ and more visitors to add to a heavier party vibe. To sum it up, when you walk in looking for a jumpin dance club, you get more of a high octane Cheers; Everyone noticing everyone who walks in and sighing because its not someone new. read more

I have been there several times while riding down to the coast on my bike. Quiet on some evenings, while other times, it was a good time. If you want to engage in conversation with locals they are receptive. I have always had a good time while out at Just for Us. If you are looking for high energy, techno type club, go to Baton Rouge. I wil continue to frequent Just For Us.... It's the only gay bar on the coast... Why wouldn't gay people not support their local gay bar!!!!! read more

At one time Biloxi had several gay bars ... and then came Hurricane Katrina, leaving Just Us pretty much the only game in town. In truth, it isn't anything special: concrete floor, pool table, small stage, small outside patio with a view of nothing much. The clientel is a very mixed bag, gay, straight, young, old, low class, upscale. In a small way it is also a hangout for the local arts crowd, especially community theatre people. Like every other gay bar that ever was, it is also clique-ish, so don't expect to be welcomed with open arms on your first, second, or third visit. read more

Super low standards, even for Mississippi... It was very seedy, dirty little place, and overpriced for what it is. It was like out of the 80's, lacking an up-beat/engaging crowd, bar tenders were very nice- no complaints there. read more
