Icing on the cake is that they cut a check for "delays" and then CANCELED THE CHECK. Tried calling them and now they won't return my calls. Bed was supposed to be solid wood and is flimsy. Never again. My friends and family WILL NOT be spending money at their unprofessional "used car salesman" facility. They just made the mistake of their lives. Reported to BBB, filed complaints with them and the bank.

Ashley Furniture does not have a business phone, so no one really can answer any questions or…read morecomplaints. The recently we bought a sofa at furniture (sofa). Then when they delivered and assembled the sofa, it they weren't even. I immediately called the office and the sales lady said that she will send someone to look at the sofa to fix it. Then a few days later, a guy came and checked, tried fixing the backrest to even up but didn't worked. Then he found more problems and started taking pictures. He then later said that sofa is defective. According to him, he will forward the pictures to the headquarters and that we should get a call (so far, none). Sofa is worth close to 4k and we paid it off. Poor customer service!

I call Customer service number. They have given me 3 delivery dates. First 5/28, No show. Then, 6/3. No show. and 6/5. No show. No call. No email. But Im bombarded with email ads and lure of coupons ( which was not utilized at the store) so they obviously have my email address. When I called I get "it will now be in wharehouse 6/1." One agent and I figured out they had wrong phone number to contact for delivery and thats why they couldn't deliver. Off a digit. Second agent could not even find my order in the system. Third agent states furniture isn't even at the warehouse after 3.5 weeks. AND previous agent had not corrected the original error of the phone number. . I am so ready to cancel the order but I feel like I have come this far...Hope its not a piece of crap. I will NEVER order from Ashley again.
