The young man that went out of his way to help me, my daughter and my little dog get to my mom's in Waco was wonderful. (Jacob was his name, I hope that is his name, young 26 year old cowboy, clean cut, great manners) Not only was he professional, but oh so much more. He dropped a guy off that he was training in order to be able to fit me, my daughter and my little dog in the cab with him. I just thought you should know, and I'm sure you do, how hard it is to find really good workers but somehow you found an exceptional young man. He spoke highly of your company and how began working for you. He knew the area, we laughed because when he received the address he simply said, Oh, she lives behind the HEB. Yep. I just thought you should know the impact Jacob made on an irritated driver who lost her keys and was stranded at Slovacek's. I will write a great review on swoop as well. Again, thank Jacob again for me and give him a pat on the back and maybe a Christmas bonus! Merry Christmas to you and your family. May God bless you and the profitability of your company in the next year.

If I could give this company more stars I would! I can't even begin to try to explain all the…read moreamazing things about this company and Joe. Joe has saved me an enormous amount of money on repairs for both of my carwashes, and on numerous occasions, he has fixed something that another carwash repair technician could not. Not only does Joe have more carwash knowledge than probably any other carwash repair technician in Texas (maybe even the whole country!), but also he is always looking out for his customers' best interests. Everyone in the carwash business knows that the large part suppliers such as Sonny's and PDQ monopolistically overcharge for parts, Joe will find needed parts faster than Sonny's and PDQ, and at a much lower price! He also is always pushing other subcontractors for the best job and deal that they will offer and has saved me a ton of money there too. He and his wife do so much for me and my washes, I could not survive without him. Joe is an amazing person, professionally and personally, and always brightens other people's day with his positive and fun personality and outlook on life. He is also never afraid to call out other companies or people who try to take advantage of his customers. Joe ranks with the hardest working person that I've ever met in my life, he will work hard on your wash all night if needed, get it back up and running, and then move on to his next job without blinking an eye. You will be more than pleased, if you are lucky enough to work with this company.

I've been there twice. The first time, after calling ahead, I was in & out the same morning for a…read moregood price on my brakes. The second time I left my bike from a Wednesday to a Tuesday, six days, and nobody had even looked at it yet. The shop was full of bikes & four-wheel all-terrain vehicles, and I only saw two guys, one when I left my motorcycle, and another one when I went back to get it to take somewhere else because I needed it soon. I'm sure the work they do is good, because my first visit worked out well, and there's probably a reason all those vehicles were in there. And I think their prices are good, but I couldn't wait any longer. When I went inside the office to let the shop know I was there to get my bike (I'd called ahead), the owner said exactly five words the whole time I was there without so much as a hello: "The keys are in it." No "Sorry we couldn't help you this time," no "Come back & give us another try." No response when I said, "Thank you," as I walked into the garage to get my bike. Silence. No greeting, no smile, no goodbye, nothing. The outfit that didn't look at my bike in almost a week was mad at ME. Too bad because I had always thought highly of the owner's customer service, not to mention his motorcycle knowledge, when he worked elsewhere. That's why I came to his shop the first time. If you're not in a hurry and can afford to wait, I think you'll get a good deal.

I spoke with Brandon McFarland, the owner and was impressed with his knowledge and skill. And to top it off, not only was his customer service outstanding, his cost to repair the cylinder was extremely reasonable compared to another company in Waco! Do not hesitate to give them a try! John returned my inquiry in a timely manner and talked to me at length about the turbo issues I had experienced and what I wanted for an end result of the repair. He gave me good advice as to upgrade options and what I should and shouldn't have done given my stated objectives. He gave me best and worst case estimates, and was also straight up with telling me some work he doesn't do. When he got into the disassembly he determined that the turbo itself was in good shape (at 275,000 miles) but that the waste-gate had stuck open. No rebuild necessary; just a minor modification to the waste-gate. The easy answer would have just been to tell me the turbo was trashed and needed everything replaced, and I wouldn't have been any the wiser. I decided to proceed with the rebuild and new compressor wheel anyway since I was already 95% of the way there. John had it back to me in less than four days with a good walk-through as to exactly what had been done, and gave me back my old OEM compressor wheel for good measure. The rebuilt turbo was completely bead blasted and the steel portions painted black so it pretty much looked new in it's bag. He also cleaned up my pedestal for me as a courtesy so I could work on it myself. John worked with me to bring the price in for a fair amount less than what he had originally estimated. End results are a really significant improvement over the stock turbo setup from before the waste-gate issue. Spool time is noticeably reduced, acceleration is improved, fuel economy is up a bit, and the clouds of black smoke I used to leave are completely GONE! I'm very happy with Majestic and definitely consider this to have been a very positive transaction. I have no qualms about recommending this place. Of note: Majestic in Waco is no longer affiliated with the Majestic in Dallas so don't confuse their websites.
