I called repeatedly, left voicemails over and over for weeks - and no response. I had the bright idea to call from a different number, and they answered IMMEDIATLY! As soon as I said my name, THEY HUNG UP ON ME, and would not answer another call from that number!! From there, I took matters into my own hands. I called another company to finish the job that these people did not. They told me that the job was started so horribly that I would need to rip out the entire thing and start all over ($10,000)...and that I would not even be able to get my certificate of occupancy from an inspector because it was not even up to code!!! I had to then call my credit card company to at least get my money back for the labor I paid them to do. Thankfully, I was refunded all of the labor money...but I still had to pay another $10,000 to fix my yard after that!!! That was the most expensive paver job in existence for the size installed. This means you have to turn off the water and now you can't even use a hose outside until they can get there. They are not responsive and act like they're doing you a favor taking your money. Since I have them, they only show up to turn the sprinklers on and off. I've had "only" them and my lawn has constantly died due to poor sprinkler types and lack of water getting to certain areas. Sprinkler care and lawn treatment seem to be horrible in Bergen County. You have to receiving a communication from this company is nice to know that they monitor these posts however when you turn a sprinkler system on it is customary to check the sprinklers for proper condition and if if they are doing the proper job not just turn it on and walk away from it. I would not have lost my lawn this year if my sprinkler company had my best interest at heart and checked each sprinkler head and the placement and the coverage they were supplying not just turn the sprinkler on. This past time when I requested that they come out they had to replace several heads and adjust locations that the sprinklers were supplying water to. That tells me that when they came out a few months ago they did just what the woman said was turn the system on and walk away and didn't check anything and for over $100 that's not good service I would hope that they change the way they service my property. It seems that they are very comfortable with a DISGRACEFUL three star rating rather than trying to earn more stars and be more considerate of the customer. Now I look and the three replaced heads are refurbished and not new new heads that I paid over three hundred dollars for. These pictures represent the failure of what I paid for and did not get. My neighbor has "no" sprinklers and his lawn is near perfect. Unfortunately the company is run from the office and no one monitors the worker's performance. The Proof Is in the finished product!

Hector was the gentleman that gave me the quote and did the work. He was super nice, they did a full sprinkler system install in 1 day. He showed me how to use the app, adjust the heads, and they put down grass seed when done. Also they accidentally cracked one of my blue stones but they replaced it within a few days of the job. The sprinkler system works great so far. Looking forward to using it this fall and next spring.

I should have caught this, but it's not the kind of thing I have to worry about and I want to work with a company that I can trust to make a sensible suggestion. When they activated the my sprinklers earlier this season, they told me that I needed a new filter--when the service person realized he didn't have the part in the truck, he told me that I actually don't need the filter replaced. So did I not need it, or were you just trying to uncharge me? Or do I actually need it, and you never took the time to come back and fix it?
