The good news is that the package made there in a reasonable amount of time. No problems no issues. The service requested was what i needed. But today, Kim at the Bracebridge centre provided me with excellent service. Kim was positive, kind, responsive and very helpful. Kim went beyond what I would have expected in providing service. She had all the answers to my questions and helped me to find the most appropriate way of packaging my package for sending. Not only did she help me select the right packaging, but she went on to assemble the box and helped me with safely stowing the items inside and then she took care of the rest (sealing, labeling, etc.).
