Greg did a thorough job with our home inspection, 4 Point and Wind Mitigation. He went above and beyond what he was contracted to do. After the inspection he contact the electrician that updated the electrical in the house and found out that 8 ungrounded outlets actually had GFCI circuit breakers in the fuse box. If I could zero stars I would. After seeing several inspections take place Greg Pomp is the worst. He did not know how to correctly start a whirlpool tub. Because he did not turn the power switch on he broke the air activated switch. He also broke a window crank because it was the old style with 2 locks instead of 1. So when he cranked with only 1 unlocked, it broke. To make matters worse, I was in the home during inspection on behalf of the owner and he said nothing about these. So I had to repair the switch and replace the window crank/gears. I send him a video showing the tub working and he still wrote it up in the report as inoperative. He also wrote up another item that after checking with the village building department, are not required because of being grandfathered. When I sent him a repair bill for the damaged he caused, he ignored it. Shame on Gregory Pomp read more
