They came to give me a detailed review of all the extensive renovations that I needed and told me…read morethat they're behind on estimates and to give them two weeks. Once I had an estimate, they'd be ready to "go" is what I was told. After reaching out via emails and voicemails four times I finally get an email that they're too busy with estimates that came in two weeks ago. That was TWO WEEKS AFTER they came to the house. I went there to talk to them in person, and talked with someone else who apologized. He emailed me later in the day and said he had a "short" conversation with the person who came to review the needed work, who told him he never really said he could do it. Everything he said was contrary to what happened. In fact he suggested doing additional work (an added staircase). Unbelievable and so unprofessional. They have many recognition awards in their office but most are from 2008 to 2015. That could be why.
