I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience. This was my…read morefirst visit to the salon, and I was excited after reading the reviews. Unfortunately, the haircut I received was not at all what I requested, despite showing reference photos. The cut was extremely choppy, with uneven layers throughout. It was the first haircut I've ever been truly unhappy with, and I am unable to even wear my hair down due to the unevenness and disconnect throughout the cut. I do want to recognize the salon owner for how they handled the situation. They were understanding, offered to have another stylist correct my haircut, and also refunded the cost of the service. I truly appreciate their professionalism and commitment to making things right. While I'm disappointed with the haircut I received from Ericka, I appreciate the owner's excellent customer service and willingness to stand behind their business. Although my first experience wasn't the one I had hoped for, I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future clients.

Jennifer cleaned me up, applied a super awesome color on my mane and cleaned up my ends ever so nicely!! Originally I had asked to "just chop it all off!" She asked if I really wanted to cut my hair that short and of course the answer was no but I just didnt think my hair could be brought back to life. Well ... she worked wonders!! She didn't have to chop all of my hair off, she professionally gave it the attention it needed, and now I feel like my s***t dont stink and just want to flip my hair back and forth!!
