First thing to be noticed is the staff: everyone in the crew was really nice and kind, helping us in every our needs. The bed was really comfortable, the bathroom very big and spacious with a very helpful radiator on the wall, very nice if you want to put your bathrobe during the shower. An other plus point to the quality and quantity of the towels. The room was really nice, big and spacious with enough space for everything (if you are traveling in couple or sleeping in two during a business travel). The hotel also offer common spaces that are really useful for meeting, hang out with colleagues and so. It's not that it's not clean, well taken care of, quality of service, and the amount of rooms with a good layout to meet all families/singles needs, BUT how UNBEARABLE the room temperature is. Along with the "quality" of persons staying her - expect noise. The fan barely pumps out enough air, and won't let us adjust the thermostat below 20 (C)! We can't sleep in heat like this. Makes everyone miserable, especially babies... That being said, rooms are nice, staff is friendly, and rooms are clean. Comes with breakfast. Oh, and the room telephone doesn't work to call the front desk if in need... that or no one answers. Update: Haven't even left and in order to keep the lights on you must plug it into a slot. We loved this hotel! The restaurant was delicious and the breakfast buffet was like a dream with so many options. The staff was very friendly. Underground parking which was nice and the room was clean and modern. read more
