Emi came over and introduced herself and showed me the changing room where you get to leave your shirt on a hanger and wear one of their t-shirts during the haircut so you don't leave being microneedled by tiny hair clippings. Haircut started with a detailed back and forth about my hair and what I was looking for which felt better than the usual "what you want" from the budget shops. Emi offered what she called a "moment of relaxation" where she used essential oil and gives you a shoulder and neck massage before starting the haircut. 10/10 highly recommend doing this it feels great and doesn't cost extra. The actual haircut was very good, like I said I've never really cared about how my hair looked as long as it's not in my face, but I was quite impressed. It was very sharp, technically perfect, and now I'm spoiled by this whole thing.
