I will never order through 1800 flowers again and the owner of this shop(Michelle) is well aware…read morethat she is also part of the deception because she is contracted through Tela floral, she admitted to me that they ripped me off for $127.00.Her response was that she doesn't receive the $127.00,she only gets $67.00 for the floral order from Tela floral therefore she told me she only gives me her value NOT what I think I've purchased and paid for my Loved one!!!This is 100% deception by both parties!Do not do business with Your Flower Shop 200 E.Main Street,Eaton Ohio 45320 Attached are the photos of what I paid for(And upgraded to Large with Balloons) and what was actually given.I also paid $17.99 for Balloons and they were not included in the order,Michelle told me that she doesn't have Balloons and told Tela Flora that, but they sure took my $ for them.I had to ask my Loved one if she received the 3 Balloons, and was told "No".I called Michelle and asked her if she is aware of what the photo looks like on 1800 flowers website, she said "Yes,I am looking at it right now,I then asked her "Why the arrangement she made looked nothing like it,it had a dozen roses in the photo along with other flowers, she again told me "I can't give you 12 roses,I only put 4 because that is my value of what they paid me.How many others who pay what I did are getting less!?????It is morally wrong and Michelle is to blame along with 1800 flowers and Tela Flora. She knowingly makes arrangements by her own standards, which are not what I paid for.If she continues to contract with them she is defrauding us all every day an order leaves her shop.
