The young man who greeted me and my spouse was extremely kind and happy to help us. Who I'm assuming was the owner was nice at first. After a misunderstanding/miscommunication she didn't miss a beat to let down her customer service mask. But hey, I get it. We're all human. She definitely could've at least waited to jump down his throat for the mistake though. Some animals had decent habitats. Some didn't. Most of the beta fish are in vases, and the one in the smallest vase had a plant it was on the brink of dying under. I wasn't super happy all around, but brownie points for trying I suppose. Remembering this I got another puppy from Nancy years later and she is wonderful as well. Both dogs came with a calm personality, Nikki is only 2 but she does not drive us crazy with her energy that demands our attention. When we are not playing she just hangs with us calmly and that is such a blessing and why I only buy my puppies from Calico Junction. I won't lie, there was a problem that I won't go into. I'll just say Nancy went above and beyond what other breeders would have done to correct the problem. Thank you Nancy, I may be contacting you again when it's time for another long coat puppy.

Now my story. My previous dog was purchased from Nancy when she was in Tennessee. Terra was the best dog I have ever owned. Years later I purchased anther beautiful puppy from Nancy. Nikki has been fantastic, she is 9 months and I could not be happier. Nancy's dogs are bred to be calm in nature and that was very important to us. Terra was the calmest, most relaxed dog I've ever owned and even at 9 months Nikki is showing the same behavior. When it's time to play they are ready go but the also have an off switch. It's early yet but Nikki may just end topping Terra as the best dog I have ever owned. Thank you Nancy for all you have done for our family. Dave
