She always swatches the gel polishes for me, always asks if I like my nail shape, and makes sure I'm happy with the results. My gel polish lasted a whole month without any lifting or peeling! With that being said, I do have some cons about this place. Since its mainly a hair salon, the nail area is really small. Which means the color selection is very limited. Also, she doesn't soak your feet for pedicures. I'm okay with not having a spa pedi chair, but I like soaking my feet in water at least. Lastly, unlike going to a regular nail salon where you can have 2 nail technicians work on you...Gloria is the only technician. So since she's doing both mani and pedi, you'll be expected to be at the salon for 90 mins.

Melissa spent a lot of time correcting the colour, gave me a great cut, and I was won over! I sometimes have to appear on The Real Housewives of Melbourne, and to be honest, Melissa has me looking better than the times I have been attended to by The Housewives Hair and Make-up team.
