When I went the two ladies working that morning were very kind and the shop was cute, but the coffee I ordered was surprising. I ordered and Iced Mocha which is my go at any coffee shop. Most coffee shops use 2% milk and or ask is it ok if we use xyz. This shop did not ask and instead of using 2% which is common they used chocolate milk, jugged chocolate milk.. I was shocked and it was too late to say anything. I hate chocolate milk and I especially do not want it in my coffee. I am not sure why that is there go to as its exceptionally abnormal, but I ended throwing the whole drink away in the trash when I got to work because I could not stomach how gross it was. If I ever go back I'll be sure to mention to NOT use chocolate milk in my coffee. I was disappointed. read more

Absolutely phenomenal goodies! I got a lavender-honey-lemon, a vanilla-orange and a mocha cupcake. There was real lemon or orange peel (or coffee!) in the delicate and fragrant cakes, and the icing was a phenomenal fluffy swirl (pretty sure there was cream cheese in there!). They were normal-sized cupcakes, not the gigantic ones you see sometimes, so I did not feel bad when I ate all three in one day. The blackberry-raspberry bread and raspberry bread were both amazing. They were sold in thick slices, and the bread was tender and cake-like, but not overly sweet, and had lots of whole berries throughout. I didn't get any, but they have lots of coffees and flavorings that you can get. Everything looked beautiful and tasted so good! This is certainly a place I will keep on my list and when I travel around Missouri, and you should too! Even if you have to go a little bit out of your way, this place is worth it! read more

Go out of your way to Just Be Kind - it's amazing. The atmosphere is charming and still is far outshone by the wonderful coffees, hot chocolate, tea and Italian soda offerings. There is a large assortment of flavors for add ins and one of the best sugar free arrays I've seen. I chose an Italian soda with sugar free Belgian cookie flavor- amazing! Since I picked sugar free I rewarded myself with the caramel chocolate cupcake. All of the baked goods looked amazing and my cupcake didn't disappoint- thus my willingness to go far out of my way to return here! read more

Coffee and fall latte was exceptional. Very friendly folks there. Customers were friendly with the staff and customers (us). Went in as stangers, had some of the best coffee, and left as friends. We didn't know there were cupcakes and pasteries. We had just eaten breakfast. We will be going back before we leave to have another coffee, latte, and some pastries.
