They had a lot of cute jeans ! All sizes. They had deep blue and faded blue, all the colors. Outside they had a rack of pretty blouses and I saw 2 pairs of white jeans. They really have a lot of nice stuff here. The jewelry was all about $3 but probably the clothes and purses were a bit more. But def low prices on everything. I bought white tennis shoes, Sperry brand. A big black bag to put car stuff in that I carry around every single day. And about 4 super cute earrings, and a couple bead necklaces. I'll upload my pics when I get home and un pack. The earrings I got were teddy bears, angels, neat cross earrings.... where I might wear just one to look rock n roll. I got a super cute charm of a big teddy bear so I'll get some type of yarn or chain. I think I'll make the angel earring into a necklace too. I bought an angel pin to wear when I travel. This shop is a definite stop in, when you're in New Bern ! You will love it here.

I was warmly greeted when I entered and told about a sale that was going on. This is the type of store I just love. Sometimes it can be hard to find that perfect gift but here there is such a large selection of unique items. Local vendors use the store to sell their art/ craft items from pottery to signs to soaps and lotions to handmade items. The motivational signs are always a favorite of mine. The clothing came in a variety of sizes and that is so rare. Then there was a lot of jewelry in different designs. The products are very good quality and reasonable prices. I will definately be a return shopper to Leon Thomas Treasures.

I was looking for a certain type of yarn that the unfortunately didn't carry.I was shown an alternative and I did like it. I didn't know the brand and was willing to try it because it seemed a reasonable price. After my purchase I noticed there was a sticker that said made in China so then I wanted to look it up. It was a 400 % Mark up and That really upset me. I like shopping small business yarn shops but that is absolutely crazy to sell China yarn I can get offline for $1.69. Wasn't left with a good feeling about where the yarn is coming from or how crazy of a mark up it might be.
