Anna cut my hair once and did a great job. I returned three weeks later expecting another good haircut. WRONG. Anna butchered my hair. I have to wear a hat in public. She KNEW she butchered my hair because she made no attempt to blow dry or style my hair. She put some nasty Brylcream-like junk in it and rushed me out of the salon quickly. I paid her.
