I was excited to try a reasonable prices party decor company. You get what you pay for. I still paid almost $800 for candy and decor and balloons. The candy looked like my child did it. My 12 year old could do better. Chocolate covered treats that were bumpy and lumpy and barely covered. The cake pops tasted like soap. The decor didn't even stand on its own it had lean on the table legs on the floor instead of stand on the table. When I complained she said she would call the chocolate people who made it and never called me back. Do not use this company! She sources out a lot and has no consistency. It was unprofessional to never follow up with an unhappy customer and offer a refund. Book at your own risk. I saw this company's work at a friends party and thought it looked cute. I wanted to use them for my daughter's 1st bday. First off, getting ahold of the company to even speak to someone was difficult. The person running this business has a full time day job. I called twice and had my calls go unanswered and also sent Facebook messages. Finally via email we were able to communicate, only to be told my phone calls were not answered bc of my area code (out of state). Ok....so I ask for a quote and I specify I'm doing a fairy party but I was trying to steer away from doing an all out tinkerbell party, it was too generic for me. She says she can do it, we pay the 50% deposit. Then like three weeks out from the event, I'm emailing her to confirm everything, and get "oh I don't have" anything for my mainly pink and gold fairy party. Um so why didn't you tell me when I went to book? And why didn't you tell me it would be additional $75 to customize??? Whatever. I settle on ONE Tinkerbell and one big number one. SO We discussed the colors and I sent her an invite to show her what style I am going for. 3 days before the party I ask when the fairy is coming to the party......they had booked a clown. Now mind you, from 6 weeks out that I've been emailing back and forth, I just said I wanted an "entertainer" not a clown. I was never asked if I wanted a fairy and it's my fault, I should have specified. Due to me not specifying and her ASSUMING I want a clown, she books the clown but then I ask her to change it and she puts her for 1:30 bc she's booked (go figure). I had previously told her the party was at 12:30 BUT I SENT HER AN INVITE, the party started at 1pm now!! Her booking her this early means the fairy came and not all the kids were there!!! And to top it off, she used some tacky ass hot pink balloons, with a bright green, which were NOWHERE on my invitation!!!! NOT IN KEEPING AT ALL WITH MY THEME. Had I been at the park when they were setting up I would have told them to just take everything. I was taking care of my daughter at home because they came SUPER early to set up. That was the most disappointing thing of all, I could have dealt with the fairy coming early but the decor? It's the first thing everyone sees! OH, and they didn't even bother telling us their cotton candy machine was broken until they delivered us a popcorn machine with their apologies...... My point is this: I'm paying you to help me fulfill MY vision for MY child's party, and for you to provide excellent service that goes above and beyond, not for you to do the bare minimum for merely what you are "paid" to do. This was not cheap, the least you could do is do it according to what your hard working, paying customers expectations. If you're looking for a company to HELP you with your party, foresee problems and cater to them and anticipate your needs, this company is not it. I mean, cmon, I been telling you the whole time that I am doing a fairy party and you don't even bother to ask me if I want a fairy for the party? Which is, by the way, 80 dollars more?! I didn't have a problem with not being able to reach this lady......the problem is the lack of detail she had with my event. I was nothing but nice, and like I said, I sent her an invitation. Why then do something completely different than what I asked for? Bottom line I will never book with this company again or recommend them. For a generic Disney party, they seem to be able to do that but if you want something done right, it seems you have to do it yourself. No ones asking you to be a robot, just to pay attention to your customers wishes. Pay a little more and go with a real professional who solely dedicates herself to JUST parties and events. read more

I chose not to book my party thru Kary and Just 2 Party after very unprofessional correspondence. Kary decorated my stepsons birthday party in June. I did no coordinating with her as it was his mother whom hired her. It seemed as if it was a great deal. I looked her up online to do my sons double birthday party in September. I spoked to her in June and asked her if she could do the party at TY park. She responded yes, no problem and to contact her closer to the party date. When I did so after emailing her twice and getting no response I texted her. It took her over 24 hours to respond which her response was I don't go to Ty park. I fwd our previous email and all of a sudden she could do it again. Then it took over a week to get in touch with her again to discuss details, she ignored my calls, texts and emails. I had to call her from my sisters phone to get a response. I requested a $350 package and two add ons. I also requested the same face painter which was at my stepsons party and she had no records of whom it was. Just one of her clowns. As for the two add ons One of which she told me was $20 and the bill said $40 along with the other $10 one. She was charging $45 for a generator rental which is very overpriced and the biggest deal was the $75 delivery fee because I was in broward. My stepsons party was also in broward but was not charged this ridiculous fee. My advertised $350 package was totaled at $572. Um. No. My personal opinion was she didn't wanna do my party so then blew me off and when backed into a corner was stuck so treated me like crap. Needless To say, I then chose to go elsewhere. I found everything she was offering for $285 at Fun in the Sun Party Rental. Robert was friendly and responded immediately. Sorry but this company is no good. read more

Here is a thorough list of the reasons why I do not recommend them and wont be using them again: Drop off was not delivered when promised Set up was late party package was not complete Clown was a no show and no one was reachable for an explanation until hours after the party was over. Customer service was an absolute nightmare Party décor was left at my house for 4 days because " I work, I have a day job and live too far..."-owner Showed up for pick up very late at night with out confirmation. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! DO NOT USE IF YOU WANT A STRESS FREE EXPERIENCE. THE GOOD "DEAL" IS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE. Dealt with owner prior to party date. She answered questions timely until my deposit was paid. After that there was an extreme LACK OF COMMUNICATION. Took weeks to email park liability insurance, which she kept telling me she would send. Told me she has another full time job, so obviously she does not have the time or passion to dedicate to the party planning business which is referral based. DAY OF PARTY WAS A NIGHTMARE. Party started at 12:00pm and she confirmed several times that set up to decorate would begin at 11:00am. At 11:30am I called her because the decorators she was sending for balloon arch, cake table set up, gift table set up, centerpieces, balloon columns and balloon bunches were still not there. (gentlemen dropping off bounce house and pop corn machine were on time). She advised her team was on their way and was not apologetic about the tardiness, she stated it only takes 20 minutes to set up. At around 11:45 I called her FIVE TIMES and she DID NOT ANSWER. I then receive a call back from an unknown number which was one of her decorators stating they were almost there and that they have no control of traffic. The ladies to decorate arrived at 11:57am. At this point my party was filling with guest who witnessed the entire set up process. The decorators did not have the giant wooden yellow number one which was supposed to be on the cake table and just stated that the owner did not give it to them. They finished at 12:37pm and asked me for their balance (they did not have to decorate gift table because by this point I had used my own table and linens since they were taking so long). Again, no apologies. I paid them cash and then looked around and realized they had not put up the four balloon "bunches". When I asked about them the decorator told me "Oh you want those?" "We usually put those up on columns of outdoor spaces but I don't see where I can put them up". I asked her to please tape them near the door frames. 48 HOURS LATER I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL BACK FROM OWNER TO APOLOGIZE FOR ANYTHING. read more

we made arrangements with this company for my sons first birthday party this past weekend and it was a complete no show. we called and called with no answer and still to the day no answer. very disappointing and unprofessional. unfortunately i cant post this review without a star rating so to give it a one star rating is generous enough. will not recommend to ANYONE! imagine a bunch of kids waiting for the clown we promised that would be there... but i guess these people are just that but clowns. a joke to say the least. read more
