Good if you are looking for dive bar vibe. Has pool table and darts. They offer bar food but nothing to be impressed about. Bartender had an attitude and easily distracted from her job. Was hard to get a drink without being blunt to get one.

this is a little neighborhood spot with good drinks and good food ! bartenders are always sweet and attentive, and the owner mike treats everyone fairly and kind. the kitchen is open late, which is pretty basic bar food, but tasty and fresh nonetheless. they do have a jukebox to play, darts, and a pool table ! (& on certain occasions they have a DJ). all-in-all, it's a fun bar, definitely worth checking out. plus, they have snow cones !! (great for those hot nights)

Amazing local bar. We felt welcomed and had a great time. Bartender Shannon was a lot of fun to spend the afternoon with out of the sun.

The Den occupies an enviable corner street location which was once pf a very good restaurant with a good bent toward Floribbean Cuisine, but now that is all gone, and The Den is just another very typical sports bar. The Den Sports Bar and Lounge has little if any décor about it, not even of sports equipment. The menu is basically bar food which may be summed up as chili, tacos, wings and handhelds of sliders, Philly cheesesteak, burgers, and a chili hot dog. I'd say bar food is rather pricey with chili hot dogs at $16.00 and Black & Blue Burgers at $19.00. I wasn't here for a game but understand it attacks a good beer guzzling hoot and hollering group of fans. By far, the best thing going for The Den is it's efficient, know what they are doing, and attractive female bartenders. They're great conversationalist, know how to make a great cocktail, and just make one feel good.

Parking was conveniently located right in front of the restaurant, making it an easy stop. As soon as we walked in, we were warmly greeted and invited to sit wherever we liked. We chose a table near the window and immediately appreciated the intimate and charming atmosphere. The restaurant also features a bar and televisions, creating a relaxed and welcoming vibe. Our waitress was pleasant, attentive, and made us feel right at home, which always enhances the dining experience. Although we weren't extremely hungry, the menu had so many appealing options that we decided to sample a few items. We started with the Caribbean Tea shots, which were unique, refreshing, and surprisingly enjoyable. For drinks, we ordered a Malbec and a Peanut Butter Old Fashioned. Our first entrée was the Churrasco Frites, featuring marinated skirt steak topped with chimichurri and served with twister fries. The steak was cooked perfectly, tender and flavorful, but those fries were the true star of the dish. Still wanting more, we ordered the Garlic Parmesan Twice Cooked Wings. They were nicely prepared and satisfying, though I would have enjoyed a stronger garlic flavor. Not quite finished, we moved on to the Oaxaca Burger, an 8 ounce burger stacked with onion rings, bacon jam, house BBQ sauce, and Oaxaca cheese. This was one of the best burgers I've ever had, and possibly the best. The bun was toasted yet soft, the burger was seasoned perfectly, and it was cooked to a juicy medium temperature. Every bite was packed with flavor. Overall, everything we ordered was excellent, and the service and atmosphere made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and look forward to returning.

My significant other and I each had two drinks and shared a dessert, and our bill came to about $55. The bartenders were friendly and made some really good drinks. If you're looking for something tropical, I highly recommend the Sun haven. The atmosphere is welcoming, and they played some really good music. I didn't get a chance to try the food, but several items on the menu caught my eye and looked delicious. I'll definitely be back to give the food a try.

Consistency matters to me! It's covered in cheese just like way I love it! The grits were perfectly creamy and piping hot! My sister ordered her favorite English muffins! I also ordered the cheese pizza and I recommend you skip that one. It was pretty terrible. I think the crust was maybe a tortilla or pita bread. But the friends who ordered fish raved about it! The bento box was devoured by a kid in our group and had perfectly cooked salmon, nicely seared steak and some caprese and veggies. Our server forgot one of the people's order but it wasn't too big of a deal. The offer bread when you sit down and that was amazing- soft and crispy. I'd come here again.

There were three bars that were pretty full the entire time I was there but I still managed to find a seat. Drinks and service were great I ordered the Greek salad from the Happy Hour menu $7 The tomatoes were a little squishy but overall a good salad for the price. The Happy Hour menu didn't have any seafood so I ordered a blackened fish sandwich at mkt price $27 It was over cooked. I didn't mention it to the bar tender but when I didn't eat much of it, she asked me if something was wrong with it. I told her it was overcooked and she spoke to the manager and discounted the dish. I'm giving 4stars because the atmosphere and service was great. Aruba's is and has been a beach staple, they have live music or a DJ nearly all the time. Fun dancing spot with an adult crowd 30's-60's. Plenty of regulars and tourists patrons. Tip! It's cheaper to park at the restaurant than the $20/ hr city lot across the street. I would definitely recommend visiting if you're in the mood for a fun beach atmosphere with amazing views of the ocean. I've also eaten in the main dining room before. Everyone gets an ocean view. This is the kinda place that can double duty as a romantic dinner as well.

Very disappointing experience…read more We stopped at Galway Shawl Pub hoping to have a few drinks and enjoy the evening, but unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. The noise and music were so loud that it was almost impossible to have a conversation. There were only about 12 people sitting at the bar, with two bartenders working, yet both seemed much more interested in talking with their friends than serving customers. We waited about 10 minutes before a bartender finally came over. We ordered a beer, a Dewar's and soda, and an Old Fashioned. When the Old Fashioned was ordered, we were told, with a considerable amount of attitude, "We're a pub, we don't have bitters." The way it was said felt unnecessarily rude and dismissive. We then waited another six minutes before she returned with the beer and told us they were out of Dewar's. At that point, we decided to leave. Unfortunately, the attitude and lack of customer service were the biggest issues. We understand that a pub may not have every ingredient or every liquor available, but there is no reason for a customer to be treated with an attitude that comes across as almost insulting. We are locals and live less than a mile away, and were happy to have a local place we thought would be great place locally We left very disappointed and will not be returning.
