On the latest Disney World trip that my family took over the Holidays, I ended up waiting for them inside the Serka Zong Bazaar as they rode the Mount Everest ride. This store has a lot of gifts especially Mount Everest themed! You'll find a wide range of snacks, pins, toys, apparel, and accessories! There are also a lot of décor throughout the store that are Yeti themed. I really enjoyed looking at the Yeti themed shirts and the toys! In the middle of the store, there is a pin selection. You'll see pin starter packs and a lot of Animal Kingdom themed pins like the Lion King and Mount Everest themed. Disney's Annual Passholder Discounts and Disney Visa Cardmember Perks do apply at this store. This is also a great store to stop in especially during the summer!

After probably going through this place sixty or seventy times during our many visits, one of the children wanted a stuffed plush Yeti. Whatever. Goofy as hell looking, but definitely unique and "Bob" the Yeti has been well loved. The WDW Store always has the hottest, latest selection of souvenir items. The hard part is deciding which ones you're going to purchase. From Mickey to Marvel, the store really does whisper to your bankroll "you know you want this"! I exercised extreme control and only purchased one ( out of an armload of souvenirs). You would have been proud. All in all, an awesome selection of merch, but a word of caution, it was just us grown folk in the store during our visit and it was a struggle...I pity those who have little ones upon entering..

When walking into this shop, you will be able to tell that you are still in the Hollywood Tower Hotel. That feeling of being in a 1930's era hotel remains throughout your shopping experience and even while you are leaving the shop. The attention to detail within the shop is fantastic. They have included many nostalgic elements such as old luggage, antiques, etc. and they also have an eerie and creepy feel that fits perfectly with the overall theme of the attraction. It does not feel like other Disney stores at all! Merchandise available in this shop is heavily centered around the theme of Tower of Terror, and the Hollywood Tower Hotel. Many items available include apparel, accessories, mugs, and other themed items such as including several creative pieces inspired by the attraction and hotel. Some examples include bellhop inspired designs, vintage style logos, and quirky pieces such as keychain versions of the keys to the rooms. The design of these items leans much closer to an older Hollywood style! It does have a lot of Nightmare Before Christmas themed items as well such as Oogie Boogie though! I personally continue to enjoy looking at everything they have there. The store is a great place to look around after the ride, particularly if you are a fan of Tower of Terror. You will get an even better feel for what the gift shop has to offer by simply taking a stroll through, regardless as to whether or not you decide to make a purchase! I would consider Tower Hotel Gift Shop primarily an experience rather than strictly a gift shop. The themed merchandise is very well done and closely relates to the theme of the Tower of Terror attraction! I'm giving it 5 stars because almost every item here is influence by The Tower of Terror/The Hollywood Tower Hotel. It is one of my favourite gift shops on Disney Property because I love The Tower of Terror so much, and they have items available here you will not find anywhere else on Disney Property. I've made many purchases here! You'll find a variety of t-shirts, coffee mugs, hats, etc. They even have the game Clue devoted to the attraction (we actually purchased it quite a few years ago and have played it many times with our daughters). There are even towels, robes, do not disturb door signs, bells, etc. which depict The Hollywood Tower Hotel logo. I think all of those items are really cool because it's as if you actually stayed at the hotel. Hahaha! :D They have a cooler here where you can grab a cold bottle of soda, Powerade, or water. They also have some of the Goofy line of snacks to offer. There's also a corner of the shop devoted to all things from Nightmare Before Christmas. They have some unique items from that series which I haven't seen in other gift shops. There are still several other items I want to (and will) purchase from this shop. Ziwani Traders is tucked away by the Safari Treks, but it is by no means small! With a full bakery case and multiple rooms full of merch, Ziwani Traders is a gift shop walking through... always. Animal Kingdom has the two HUGE gift shops at either side of the entrance by the Tree of Life, but... they are always crowded and sometimes not used for the newest drops. Ziwani Traders has the latest park Loungefly backpacks, themed tshirts to the safaris, and tons of African themed merch! The prices are Disney prices, so the value is really in the space and peace that surrounds this hidden gem. Even for a smaller size, the store has five checkouts and plenty of cast members available for questions and to keep the shop clean and organized.

There's also a sweet shop attached off the side of it which has all kinds of tasty items available. You get the expected quality Disney service at this location with the employees being very helpful and friendly. It's cool the way it's set up kind of like an old trader station in Africa. Always worth stopping in the stores at Disney as you never know what you might find. The only thing that's not surprising is the cost of anything you want to buy because everyone knows Disney is an expensive place to visit.

I oooh'd and ahhh'd as I walked past collectibles, figurines, sculptures, exclusive keepsakes, framed prints, paintings, souvenir postcards, artwork, Christmas ornaments and many more all Disney-inspired. At the same token I oooh'd and ahhh'd at the prices of each item. This store was for the serious Disney collector. Towards the front of the store there was an artist on location at work. It was actually pretty cool watching him work his magic putting life on a white sheet of paper. As I continued to walk around I came upon a glass case displaying Disney Princesses. I fell in love with the princess figurines as I have a few in my collection. I stopped collecting them as my daughters grew up. Now I just collect memories from our travels. They have all kinds of different art pieces with of course a Disney theme. Pretty much every Disney character and Disney park is represented in artwork inside the store. If you don't see a character you want there are even machines where you can pull up art pieces that you can have custom made. They pretty much always have an artist on site who is doing sketches where you can watch and see how it's done. This is especially awesome if you want to buy a piece and ensure that it was handmade you can literally buy the piece the artist is working on. All of the large framed art pieces come with certificates of authenticity so you can be sure your piece will hold its value over time. Recently they've also started to include some of the pieces from a variety of different artists that are also at Disney Springs so they're a little more fun and Whimsical than your standard art pieces you may be used to seeing from Disney. They also sell almost everything in a print so it's definitely a lot cheaper than an original piece of art. So there's something for every budget inside the store. The family business originated in Spain so it is little wonder that you would find Disney characters hand painted to look like Lladros. As a matter of fact they do sell Lladros here. They specialize in glass etching and personalization so you can now purchase items such as picture frames and books, glass paperweights, glass goblets and so much more! Arribas brothers also honors the Chase Disney card 10% discount and a special perk card given to people booking a vacation package from Walt Disney World travel. You get the same 10% discount. On this particular trip I purchased a Swarovski crystal "Tigger" for my girlfriend, a picture frame which I had personalized for my anniversary and a limited edition 50th anniversary Minnie Mouse. My frame fits a 4x6 print. Strange as it may seem they don't sell 5x7 frames. The saleslady who worked with me was extremely helpful and even showed me my new boxed pieces as they would look when they arrived at my house. I was told that engraving would take a few days and then the entire order would ship. From the time I purchased these items until delivery took around 2 weeks. Everything was marked "fragile" to insure a safe delivery and everything was carefully boxed and packaged to insure no damage. Minnie now sits in my curio cabinet next to Jiminy Crickett which I had purchased from them a few years back. The frame is a perfect size for my 4x6 print and one my favorite pictures from Memory maker sits in it. My girlfriend was thrilled to receive her Tigger.
