He is extremely thorough and really has you understand your treatment plan both what you need to do and what to budget and consider when working with him or other professional professionals that He refers. Absolutely LOVE Dr. Ajdari! He is incredibly educated, caring, and talented and will always explain treatments in detail. He is all about preventative care and preventing issues before they happen or get worse, and he's not a dentist who will push unnecessary treatments. Might I also mention Dr. Adjari is a complete nerd (in the best possible way) and always has new topics to discuss during appointments. I really enjoy learning new things and talking about various topics with him! It's ranged from discussions of genetic engineering/CRISPR and 3D printing technologies to plant-based diets and the best places to visit in Europe. Such an engaging and intelligent man! Marsha (front desk) has also always been incredibly kind to me and my family as well, so I'm assuming these people who have mentioned rude front desk staff were the difficult people in the situation. Not once have my family or I had a bad experience with her. Sometimes you get the treatment you give, so maybe take a step back and ask yourself if you're particularly nice to others when you receive less-than-ideal treatment. I'm so grateful that Dr. Adjari has been my dentist for over 15 years. He's been such a delight to our family. Watching our children grow to adults. He truly is passionate about what he does. We are always excited to see him. Marsha is amazing as well. You will truly get one on one care because Dr. Adjari cares about your overall well being. We adore the fact that this is a small practice with no "arena-type" seating arrangements that you find popular with dentists these days (where you are reclined next to everyone else who is there for a dental visit). - Dr. Ajdari takes the TIME to get to know you, your lifestyle, and your needs before recommending a treatment plan. - I also love how Dr. Ajdari uses ONLY THE BEST medical products to make sure the outcome from any procedure is an excellent one.... he doesn't take short-cuts by using less expensive medications, bonding agents, etc. - Dr. Ajdari is a perfectionist who exceeds the standard of care for dentistry. - My children loved him when they were 3 and 4 years old... and they still love him today! Never had treatment but have spoken with front desk several times... you're better off to go elsewhere to someone who will be nice to you. The person at the front desk is extremely rude. I've never dealt with anyone worse than that and I have worked in the service and medical fields. She made me feel so terrible the few times I spoke with her. I do not recommend going here there are plenty of great places in the area that will treat you better and won't ruin your whole day. read more

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Ajdari's for about 4+ years. He is the absolute best! He is extremely knowledgeable & stays up to date on the latest technology and procedures. He is very thorough and explains everything in detail to ensure his patients are comfortable before moving forward with any treatment. Dr. Ajdari is the best dentist I have ever seen. I have been going to him for 9 years. He is caring and compassionate. He will patiently answer questions. I recently moved my teenage children from a Pediatric dentist to Dr. Ajdari's practice. They also love seeing him. Great doctor, great practice. The best thing about Dr. Ajdari is that he will do his best to save you expensive procedures and aggressive treatment. He is wonderfully up to date on latest techniques and tools - however, if your teeth have 2 years of life...he will give you those 2 years (whereas, other doctors will just jump on the procedures). With him, I never have the sense whether something is good for the practice vs. good for the patient. Unfortunately I have had that sense with other dentists. He is always in the patient's corner. Dr. Ajdari is a oral artist! He not only has a great bedside manner, educates you on everything, has state of the art equipment, but genuinely cares about his patients and exploring all options. I have done multiple fillings with him and most recently a cosmetic change to my front tooth with him. I have had dental work all my life and never has someone been so gentle and non abrasive. My bite is always perfect post fillings which usually is a huge problem and his work is quality. Most importantly is the cosmetic one that I just underwent. This was very scary work to be doing on a front tooth of someone who things their best feature is their smile..... it came out amazing and he let me put in my opinion the whole way through. It actually seems like he's painting some sort of art while he works and I know that he wouldn't settle for anything less than perfect. Extremely horrible experience. My first appointment went somewhat smooth, but when I had to come back for a follow up the front desk person was extremely rude and not helpful at all with my questions. She told me incorrect information about my insurance and got very upset when I corrected her. Then they took me back to the office with the dentist, he finally came in 15 minutes later and said that since I have a problem with the desk people that I now have a problem with his whole operation. I was completely shocked, I was just trying to get my billing straightened out and now they tell me they don't want to work on me. The doctor says he has "plenty of other patients and doesn't need more". This was after I told him I thought they front desk people may be costing him patients. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Dr. Ajdari, DDS is a masterful and considerate dentist. His expertise is obvious and his temperament is comforting. My teenage daughter saw Dr. Ajdari, to have a wisdom tooth removed. She experiences pretty serious anxiety with doctors. Dr. Ajdari explained her options clearly and calmly, answered all of her questions and assured her he would honor her concerns. We did not feel rushed. When it was over, she was pleased she had not waited another day to have the surgery done. It all went smoothly, she felt no pain and anxiety was minimal.
