My mind was blown walking in here they have everything you need in here including bowls, chopsticks and a whole frozen aisle. The owners know how to pack a lot into a small space, haha. The workers here were friendly and very helpful. I was a little confused about ordering and paying and the woman upfront was eager to help. She was super nice. I'm used to paying up front if we don't have a designated server but here you order at the kitchen, grab your drink, enjoy your food and pay before you leave or while you're waiting. I will know for next time :) The food was awesome. I LOVED the birria tacos. My friend and I shared them. The meat was cooked perfectly, cheese was plentiful (the way I like it for sure), and the consumé was flavorful. My friend had the chicken quesadilla. She said it was a little on the boring side but still good. We shared the beef empanada and both enjoyed it. I like that they "dress it up." However, the Korean manager responded in a very rude and irritated manner, asking me why I had come to Customer Service to ask about it and telling me to go ask the cashier instead. His tone and attitude made me feel extremely uncomfortable and intimidated. I was honestly scared by the way he spoke to me. I visit Mega Mart every week, but unfortunately, I have repeatedly felt that some of the employees are unfriendly and do not treat customers with proper courtesy and respect. I hope management will take this complaint seriously and provide appropriate customer service and communication training to employees, especially managers. Customers should be treated with kindness, patience, and respect when they come to the store for assistance. I enjoy shopping at Mega Mart and visit regularly, so I sincerely hope that the customer service experience can be improved in the future.
