I have been a long time patient there, and I have been ok with them until recently. But I had not been in a while, so I made an appointment, and came in with 10 years of my readings from donating blood (blood pressure, cholesterol,...). I also brought a list of medications. I gave them all to the nurse. She was a bit curt and kept going back to the medications. I said that I am not looking for refills. It is also on their records that I am a long-time teacher, and even longer blood donor (which is why I had those print outs). The NP I met with was fine, but did not warn me about drug interactions; I read about those on my own. Later that evening, that same nurse called back and very aggressively started talking about the medications and about refills (her anger and incoherency was astonishing). I could not even tell you how many times I said I do not need refills. Then she accused me of doctor shopping, which also did not make sense. If I am not asking for refills, how am I doctor shopping? Either way, she got me so stressed out, and aggravated, that I was compelled to write a review so that others can make their own decisions. I will be finding a new doctor's office due to this nurse, however. read more
