Best service for junk removal with the most affordable prices. When I talked to Marco over the phone he was not only extremely professional, but also very transparent about their pricing and what they offer. Amazing experience overall, I highly recommend these guys. read more

I have used junk vets 2x. They re very courteous, prompt & professional. Will definitely use their services in the future.

Service is reliable They provided a quote prior to beginning work. The team was pleasant and performed the task of emptying out my parent's condo safely and without damage. They emptied the kitchen cabinets, closets and took the cleaning supplies. They even remembered the storage cage. I would recommend them as the price was competitive but do watch to assure they take it all. read more

I've had Junk Vets out three times now and it's always been a great experience. They are responsive and we've been lucky to get on their schedule quickly. Pricing is very fair. The crews have all been very friendly and professional and they are fast! This last time, one of the guys even brought my garbage can up from the curb! I recommend them to my family and friends too. I love that this is a veteran owned business. I'll be calling them out again for sure. read more

I saw the junk vets truck near my home and stopped to ask about some construction debris I wanted removed from my yard. RyanS. And his co-worker took my address down and came over, to see how much debris I had. He was so gracious he said he could remove it immediately if I wanted. He quoted me a fair price and removed everything. It began to POUR rain and they continued. They swept up all trash and left area clean as a whistle! I highly recommend. read more

Absolutely amazing. The dispatcher was fantastic and and sympathetic to my needs for scheduling. Mom passed away and needed a whole house clean out. They were on time, professional, and quick. They sent multiple trucks and 6 workers. Amazing experience all around. Thank you Hector and staff...... You all were amazing. Did I say amazing? I think I did several times. Much appreciated. read more

Great job, on time, respectful of property, friendly service. I am thrilled to have my basement and garage emptied of no longer needed stuff as well as water damaged junk from basement disaster...All done within just a couple of hours. Hector and his crew were great. Clean out my garage fast. Very polite. Would definitely use them again.

We didn't get before and after pictures, however, Junk Vets were out at my house this morning and were amazing! Their customer service was phenomenal. After a walk-through of the area under my deck that was in much need of having old junk removed, Ryan and Jordan quickly went to work. They were so delightful. They asked questions making sure not to discard anything of value and even gave input on sentimental items that should stay. I am definitely going to request that they come back out when it is time to do my garage! Thanks, gentlemen for helping get this cleaning process started...my underdeck looks great! read more

The only thing I can say is WOW!!!! What an awesome crew and company. They were on time and very efficient. It took them under 30 minutes to remove a large couch, loveseat and reclining chair that was very heavy. I can't say enough about the great customer service I received today. Had to empty my mother's house when she was moved to a nursing home. She was a hoarder and Hector had his work cut out for him. His crew did an awesome job cleaning out the house, basement, and garage and saved us so many days of headaches sorting through everything. His service is invaluable and I would recommend Junk Vets to anyone looking to have rooms/houses/garages cleaned out. read more

My sisters and I hired Junk Vets to deal with our parents' house in Indiana. Our parents were hoarders, unfortunately, and the house was in a bit of a mess. Hector and Sam and the rest of the crew were efficient, methodical, professional and friendly. They were reasonable with what they quoted, gave us a realistic idea as to when they'd finish and charged us what they quoted. They took an overwhelming job, and they got it done. My sisters and I can't thank them enough. read more

I found myself in charge of emptying a house and garage packed full of stuff; heavy stuff, dirty stuff and loose stuff. I called Junk Vets and got a call back immediately and arranged to have someone come by for an estimate later that afternoon. The estimate from Junk Vets was fair (and they honored the estimate when there ended up being more stuff than originally guessed.) They take all credit cards, and were genuinely appreciative when tipped. I had them come out in two separate trips and the guys were friendly, understanding, fast and hard-working. Both times, they came out with two trucks made quick work of the big stuff and collected the smaller stuff in garbage bags. They do a lot of estates and are sensitive to the situation and know what's needed to do. Definitely give them a call. read more

Amazing people to work with. Took away all my junk, even the stuff that I decided throw out at the last minute. Amazing rate and prompt service. So far I have used them five times. Strongly recommend them read more

I saw this company and thought I'd give them a try because of their Yelp reviews and because I'm a fellow Veteran. I called and spoke with a woman, got a rate, and I'm still waiting for her call back on when they could pick up my fridge. That was a week ago. I wanted to give another veteran the business. Even if they couldn't do it, common courtesy would've been a callback to say no. I called another company the next day and they came that same afternoon. read more

Very responsive in a short time frame. Friendly and professional. Provided fair pricing. Will definitely be calling Junk Vets again. Highly recommended. read more

I called the famous nationwide company first and they would not give me even an estimated price. After reading multiple worrisome reviews, I canceled with 800-you-know-who and called Junk Vets instead. I am very glad I did! Hector gave me a clear estimate on the phone, based on the amount of truck space, and the final bill came in under that. Hector and his assistant were friendly and professional, calling ahead to let me know they were running half an hour behind because of traffic. They did the job cleanly and professionally, even removing a door to help me move a big piece of furniture that I was not junking. I have already recommended this company to a friend, and am happy to do so here. read more

This company is fast and very reasonably priced!! They answered my request for an estimate in under and hour and were able to fit in my pickup the next day. The guys they sent were on time, polite, and got the junk out of my basement fast. They also charged me exactly what the estimate had been!! They WILL be coming back to pickup more junk from our house soon!!! read more

Junk that we're just here and not only were they professional and on time they were quick and expedient about the work they did. I need to remove a piece of fence to remove the hot tub I had removed and they replace the fence like pros. I will definitely have them back for all future needs!! read more

Hector and his team were amazing. I had them out to my rental property twice to haul junk left behind by a tenant. They were courteous, thorough and fast. Hector really helped me out when I was in quite the gross, disgusting situation. I appreciate his prompt service and help during this time. I highly recommend Junk Vets and will be using them again in the future. It was a really great experience! Thanks Junk Vets!! read more

I called at 10PM and he was there bright and early the next morning. I was moving out of my apartment in Logan Square and needed a couch removal. I left it by the dumpster, my landlord made it clear they would charge me and then some for it's removal. After calling around, Hector quoted me at $93 CHEAPER than the other places. He saved me a bit of money, and let me pay with Paypal. Couldn't be easier. read more

Called the morning. Hector picked up our old sofa bed this morning. Happy customer this morning. He and his partner with professional, kind, and thoughtful. It was an easy job (sofa was by front door) but we've had a tough time getting someone to carry it off. read more

I was desperately looking for a furniture pick up service to haul my living room furniture and table when I found Junk Vets. Initially, I was skeptical to hire them because they didn't ask for a picture and just gave me a quote over the phone. They gave me a late appointment on a Friday which was manageable. I work from home and typically don't finish until about 6 pm so I figured I'd move appointments around so that I'm available late Friday afternoon. On the day of service they called me around noon and asked if they can stop by in 45 mins. Initially I was annoyed because now I had to move my appointments around a second time. When the gentlemen arrived they were in and out in 5 minutes. I was between appointments and it worked out really well. There wasn't any true disruption. My concern was that they weren't going to be able to move the furniture out of the house. When furniture was delivered a few years ago the delivery guys had difficulty squeezing it through the door. Junk Vets took the feet off of the couches and very carefully removed the glass off of the glass table and were gone all within 5 mins....excellent work and I'll definitely be calling them again for service. I've already recommended them to a couple of friends that were looking for this service. Thank you again read more

Great Experience with Junk Vets!! Hector was very professional. I called him on a Monday and he showed by Wednesday to remove an old Oak wood antique bedroom set that had been too heavy for me to move myself. Great pricing and he had no problems handling the job. I'd def recommend their services:) Thanks again Hector!! read more

It is extremely difficult trying to recycle TVs, especially floor model TVs. But a couple of family members of mine had a TV that died after over a decade and wanted to get a new one. Because it didn't work, charities were out of the question, but they were adamant about attempting to recycle it as opposed to dumping it in an alley or ending up in a landfill. After calling several well-known recycling pickup locations, who will remain nameless, and finding out that they didn't service that area (big mistake) I finally lucked up on this one. Huge fan of supporting troops/veterans so I was very relieved when they gave us a rate not only cheaper than one other dealer but also a bonus to help vets. I was told that the three guys who came today were in and out in less than five minutes, were very professional and my family members assured me that if they ever need something hauled away, Junk Vets will definitely get a callback. Kudos, guys! read more
