Capital One gives you the confirmed overall price for the vehicle so you don't need to negotiate the price once you get down there. After 2 hours of test driving and completing the applications they jumped up the price by $9,000 and claim that the sites listed price is how they get business in the door - false advertising! A $9,000 commission must be nice! A bunch of scammers! 0/10 I addition, no where on the site did it say there were any disclaimers. The sales manager also mentioned that he couldn't find your hidden information listed on Capital One Auto Navigator nor did the site bring me to your main website. Jesus incorrectly installed my starter ignition and completely blew out my computer system. I drove…read moreit about 10 feet without knowing this the car died and then I never heard back from him again. I called and called and texted him. He said the next step was to get a new starter to be installed and he would come back and do it free of charge so I guess he must've known that he messed up. But then again I never heard back from him. He completely ghosted me and left me with a useless car. When I called to set up the appointment, he told me that he worked pretty much 24/7 when he did not answer after three days, I had a friend called and he answered immediately. he said it was my fault and that he was too busy to handle my problem that he created. Thanks for nothing!!!
