I asked for a garage full of stuff to be taken away and was given a price of $884. Seemed a bit high but agreed just to get rid of the stuff. I next asked what the cost would be to remove a large TV from my basement as well as clear out a shed. I was told that would be an additional $550. Again, seemed high but I agreed. The guys worked for about an hour and a half and I was told that they would return the next day to finish the job. I was not around on the second day but when I did return to the house, I noticed that everything from the previous day still remained in my garage and they had only removed the tv and two other items. I called in to someone named Nick who proceeded to tell me that they removed everything I was quoted for and that it would cost me another charge to remove the rest. So not only did the $884 cover what they told me it would, I was charged an additional $550 for a tv, old wooden wheel barrow, and a small shredder! What a scam. I stood there with one of the workers, Chad or Jason, and clearly explained and showed what needed to go and agreed to their price. Unfortunately for me, I paid them for everything on the first day so it was really easy to rip me off. I would caution anyone using this company to ask to see all of their photos before agreeing to anything. The people who come out to quote the work take pics and must send them in to their boss. They then use those pics to prove what they took. Never was I shown any photos but all I heard from Nick was that they took everything in the pics. So even though I said to take EVERYTHING as I showed these guys what I wanted done, the pics they took apparently only matched up to about 1/2 of the actual items. I guess it's a pretty good scam as long as you can get people paying up front. My bad for being such a sucker.

The process was easy--I gave him a call to check his availabily and to give him my location and then all I had to do was text him pictures of the junk pile and he was able to give me the price right away. The price was fair! When he came to pick up the junk pile he was friendly, kind, and thorough--he didn't leave any mess behind. I'd highly recommend him!
