An absolute failure at every level…read more We had a crew scheduled Saturday to take our load; however, when they arrived they realized they didn't have nearly enough room in their truck and that the price would be TRIPLE the estimate. This was annoying, but I decided to go through with it anyway due to our timeline. The next day they were supposed to arrive from 8-10AM, and after not hearing anything I reached out to the office and eventually heard back from someone at 11:30 letting me know they'll call in 45 minutes with an ETA. I waited 3.5 hours and never heard back. I had already rented a pressure washer to clean the siding over there, so now I'm at 48 hours rented and I still haven't used it. I have actually lost money by giving this company multiple chances, because they found a way to fail me every time. We are now using another service (at a MUCH lower price), and would strongly recommend to anyone else to do the same.

I secured two 20-yard dumpsters and they were delivered on schedule. We quickly filled the two dumpsters I rented and when I called KDD (on a Saturday, nonetheless) to request additional dumpsters Michael had two dropped and one hauled away within 4 hours. We tried to give Junk King a chance to explain themselves and make things right. They didn't know what happened or why we were stood up, but they apologized and scheduled us for another estimate today. Again, no one called or showed up :( so we got stood up twice - Lexi B. Update: the next day I finally got a call from Junk King and the guy (Ryan?) was not very sorry and pretty rude. He said he was busy. He started acting disparaging when we said we decided to work with someone else. Even though we are still figuring out who we will work with, we know it won't be Junk King.
