Fast response. Their prices beat all other quotes. Requested a quote to remove two couches and they were able to do it the same day.

I had several items to dispose of after spring cleaning our home, including a queen size bedframe and headboard, well-loved tall and short cat condos, a desk, desk chair, bladeless floor fan, and six large patio furniture cushions. Junk Guys were lightening-fast with their quote, even after I added a couple of items that increased the fee ... but not by much. I found their price to be very fair. In addition, their representatives were professional, courteous, very fast and efficient, and respectful of my property and my safety. Their truck is well branded, each representative wore an identifying shirt, and they wore face masks and gloves. The truck was as well-organized as a premier moving provider's van, I presume to maximize load prior to disposing of items from several clients. If you are searching for a provider to remove your excess or worn-out "stuff", look no further. Given the responsiveness of Junk Guys, their availability on the day after I made initial contact, and the caliber and speed of their service, I will reach out to them alone for my twice-annual clean-up going forward. Very highly recommended without any reservations. read more

Ricardo responded to my request for a quote very quickly, and scheduled me right in. Jose called to let me know when he was going to arrive, which turned out to be 10 minutes early which was great by me. He and his partner were easily identifiable in their Junk Guys tees which I appreciated. They were friendly, fast and efficient. The price was exactly what I hoped to pay. I would definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone needing a their stuff cleared out. read more

Set up an appointment day after Thanksgiving for Junk Guys Houston to hall away old computers, TVs and other junk from my father's in laws house. Very professional, shows up at the two hour window quickly took away everything I asked. Price was very reasonable. I took other TVs to the City dump and they have a limit in the amount of electronics you can dump plus the people there are very unprofessional. I highly recommend Junk Guys Houston. read more

Desperately needed to get rid of some (...a lot) of junk ASAP to get my house that's for sale ready for a showing. Messaged around noon, immediately got an answer, & they picked everything up by 4!!! Quick & easy. Thanks so much Junk Guys!!! read more

Junk Guys is awesome! They removed my junk less than 12 hours after I first emailed them! I emailed Junk Guys Houston at about 11:00PM on Thursday night to get a quote for hauling off an old dishwasher. I received a response from Ricky within minutes, and then 2-3 more emails exchanged over the next 20 minutes or so and it was all said and done. $35 to haul off the dishwasher at 10:00AM the next morning. Ricky also worked with the fact that I couldn't be there when they picked up the junk, so he allowed me to leave payment under my doormat and that was that. I received confirmation that the dishwasher was gone from my doorstep by 10:00AM Friday morning (as they promised) and couldn't be happier. I had two other junk companies flake out and not show up for such a small job, but Junk Guys quickly came to the rescue. THANKS, JUNK BROS! read more

Great customer service. These guys are super nice, efficient and timely. I will recommend them to others and use them for all of my junk needs! Simply superb! read more

Junk Guys were a life saver for me! I had a couch and washer and dryer that I needed to get rid of with my move to my smaller apartment just a week away. I think I reached out to them on a Thursday and was able to schedule my junk removal for that Saturday. They arrived early and worked quickly. They charge a fair price and also come into your home to remove the junk (two things that were important to me). All-in-all, it was a good experience and I would use this company again as well as recommend them to others. read more

Best price and service in the area with great reviews, will continue to use for future projects.

Loved the efficient and easy booking process. Quickly scheduled and services delivered as promised. Would definitely recommend!!

These guys were great. I contacted them on Friday evening 7/13/18. They responded back within about 30 minutes with a quote that I thought was fair relative to the last time I had a similar amount of items picked up here. I requested a pickup time of Saturday between 2-4. They confirmed the appointment by email. They texted me on Saturday a little before one asking if they could come early and I told them that was perfect because it was. They arrived and were polite and personable. We had a good laugh together because he learned more English and I learned more Spanish. I told him one of the pieces had ants on it and he said "what?" I replied "ants, it has some ants on it." He still had a puzzled look on his face so I asked him if he spoke English and he said "a little" which was a surprise because he had been speaking it pretty well without much of an accent. I looked it up on my phone with Google translate: Hormigos = ants. I showed it to him and he smiled. He pointed to one of the ants on the piece his son was holding and told him "ant". Language lessons aside, these guys are big, have a box truck, are reasonably priced and are punctual if not better. read more

The team of two came right at the end of the two hour window. Everything was short and sweet. They worked fast and were in and out in a breeze. The only downer was that they use cash apps, and if you don't have one and are paying with a credit card, then they charge "sales tax." I suggest they just called it a cc transaction fee. All in all, I would use them again and refer them to others. read more

Very professional, showed up on time, friendly, quick. And cost what I expected for a huge amount of stuff. Highly recommend them.

This company was outstanding. I made an appointment for removal of junk at my mother-in-laws house. They were right on time and called 15 minutes before arrival to let me know they were on their way. Their truck was nice and in great shape. The two workers were extremely professional and wore masks. They removed the junk very quickly. They went beyond the call of duty, actually sweeping up some broken glass behind the garage. They are a terrific company! read more

I appreciated how prompt and professional they were and they were by far the most affordable quote that I received. I will definitely use them again in the future! read more

Recommended! I called on a Wednesday and gave some photos of the items we would want removed. I was calling in regards to an office in Houston which we have closed, and we are in Oklahoma. I've never even seen the inside of that office, let alone taken stock of exactly what all was in there. So I was pretty vague. Even so, the office lady called me back within an hour or so and gave me a prompt quote. She even offered for them to come just an hour later and haul it away! I requested two days later on the Friday instead, and they accommodated that request. They showed up that morning, right on time, and our property manager was 45 minutes late! They politely waited for our property manager to arrive to let them into the building. (So embarrassing!) They removed everything we requested without issue. A+ read more
