Search is over! I finally found a solid place where they actually come your way to pick up your…read morejunk. The name PRESTIGE says a lot about their character and they are located in Granada Hills. After asking around and doing a Google and Yelp search, I kind of gave up hope. Never give up hope. A lot of the places were located all the way in the boonies and were very far from where I live. Couldn't drive all the way to those far places with my old car. I was talking to a friend of mine about this issue, and she referred me to this place and told me that they do a great job. So I took her word for it and made a phone call last week and talked to a guy by the name of Robert. I don't know if he is the owner or one of their employees. We made an appointment and they came and picked up my stuff within 2 days after my phone call. That's some fast and quick service. I gathered all my stuff together, and some things had never even been used. Maybe once or twice. Sitting there, collecting dust. I had an old Boom Box and its remote control, two small Sony speakers, an old JVC VHS player that came with its own remote control and also had a cassette player. An electric pencil sharpener, and an old printer, that was no longer working properly. One of the things that I liked about Robert was that he was very patient, kind, and explained to me all the details step by step, one by one. They also pick up recycled bottles, cans, cartons, & paper. I had a whole bag of it. Of course, our apartment building has a large dumpster for us to recycle. I am all about keeping the environment clean. They were very professional and one of the guys accidentally dropped few of the pieces on my carpet and apologized right away. Every item has it's own price. For all that, they gave me $115.00 that also included 10% of the space that your belongings take in their truck. Two guys came, I think one's name was Nelson, and can't remember the other guy's name. Even their big, long truck was clean and arrived on time. Exactly at 11am. They accept credit cards and cash. Also gave me a receipt. They accept the following items, which are: electronic devices, furniture, waste, home appliances, houseware stuff (mattress), garbage, along with landscaping/for landfill. The rest I have already mentioned in my review. I mean those guys do it all and were super careful not to damage any part of your property. Inside or outside of the building. Two thumbs up and I will definitely use them if and when I need to recycle more stuff. Highly recommend them to everyone--in their time of need! Thank you all very much.

The bins team rolled the dumpster to the end of my small driveway. The dumpster was just the right size for my needs, and it was filled to the max level. I was finally able to get rid of things that just were too bulky for my LADWP bins. Scheduled pick up for Sunday and my patio is almost ready for entertaining again. I only wish I called them sooner. The customer service I received from Vanessa who answered the phone was truly exceptional. She was professional and helpful. She sent me pictures so I knew exactly what type of bin I would need. I was surprised that I was actually able to speak to a person late in the evening. What blew me away was when Vanessa said she could deliver the bin to me that same night! I was able to get an 11 foot bin at an amazing price. West LA Bins provided me with the invoice, the ability to make a payment, and then gave me a receipt all from the convenience of my cell phone. When the bin was full, they came to empty it and bring me another 11 foot bin in approximately 35 minutes. I will definitely use them again because of their clean bins, fast service, and great prices!

He owns the business, communicates very well, and gave me very competitive prices. In the first project, I wanted to remove 1500 lbs of large rocks from my property to create space for another parking spot. Henry gave me the best quote and was by far the best communicator out of all the businesses I spoke with. Henry and Antonio arrived on-time. Unfortunately, we found out that their truck could not back up to where the rocks were. Before starting the project Henry let me know that it would be more work to carry everything down to the street. We negotiated a slightly higher price that was still better than other quotes I received. Henry was very fair and there was no pressure. In the second project, I needed a fence hauled away. Again, Henry gave me a very competitive price and showed up on-time. I had taken the fence apart except for one bolt. Antonio was able to get the last bolt unstuck. They hauled the fence away with ease. My 2 experiences with Henry and Antonio have been perfect. I wish all home service businesses communicated as well as Henry does. Anytime I have any hauling needs, I will call Henry first. They have been in business for 3+ years now and I expect their business will continue to grow because of how kind, efficient, and communicative Henry is!
