They seem to take it as their right to park their dumpsters in ways that block neighbor's driveways without asking for permission, or even leaving a note saying they will be back shortly to remove the dumpster. On receiving a complaint for this behavior, the owner of Kermit's Disposal, if my experience is predictive, will refuse to apologize, correctly claiming the driver already did so, but refusing to apologize on the part of the ownership, while further claiming that the resident is out of line, or over reacting, or some such, in showing displeasure that the incident occurred at all, because after all, the incident is over. The response to the neighborhood can be summarized as "shut up and forget it," and delivered in that tone.

They charge by how full the truck gets plus recycling fees for certain items such as mattresses and TV's. $29 for a mattress and up to $89 depending on the size the TV. $89 for my old junker.
