I messaged Arturo and got a response within a half hour. He came by the house to see what needed to be done, which was 68' of old wooden fencing that we replaced with a new wooden fence. On top of the piled up wood was a 15' lemon tree taken down from old fence line. He looked at it, quoted a price, and offered to do the work right then and there. So, I said ok! I'm a paraplegic and in a wheelchair. My wife, while willing to get dirty, can get dizzy while working in the yard. Arturo was MORE than excellent. And cleaned up the loose leaves once done. I spent a few hours on a Thursday bringing out a whole lot of stuff, including a Dining Room Table to donate to Breast Cancer Research, who was coming by on Friday, August 3 to pick up. We took off for the night and came home Saturday and all of the stuff was still there. I called them, and no returned call. With that, there was no way I was going to haul all of the stuff back in my house and yard. I called Junkbegoneusa Monday morning and Arthur picked up. He asked me to text him the photo of the lot which did. He texted back and gave me a great price that I felt would be offensive if I even tried to negotiate. He said he would be here between 11 and 12 that day! After we made the appointment, I went around and added a whole lot of stuff (real junk) to the mix. When Arthur arrived, I told him I added some junk to the pile and didn't even charge me more ( I obviously gave him a little extra). Arthur was friendly and professional and I felt very comfortable working with him. The thing that hit me was that if you think about all of the stuff that accumulates in your home and yard over the years, the standard thought is to have a dumpster delivered to sit in your driveway a few days. For a fraction, and I mean fraction of the cost, Arthur will show up and haul everything away for a really low price.
