Michael and his partner arrived as scheduled and went right to work. They were first of all professional, thorough and conscientious as well as invested in our satisfaction. The bonus came as they were personable and friendly... genuinely nice people. Well the job took 3 times longer than anticipated and Michael never hinted there would be additional charges. They use all the right equipment to ensure the hoses and sprayers don't damage your walls or floors or anything else. They're quick and efficient and thorough. So, I called Hospitality Services, Inc and ended up talking to Mark. After explaining my situation to him, he adjusted his schedule so one of his guys could do it the next day. I was impressed and appreciative. Well I was way more impressed the next day when Mark showed up personally to do the job, because he didn't have enough staff to handle it. That's commitment.
