Just want to say, I would recommend The Lincoln Hypnosis Center If you want to really learn about…read moreyourself, and how to make your life better. I suffer from white coat syndrome, and I think learning about hypnosis treatments will help me in the long run to remain more calm and in the moment during blood pressure events. Jeff was a very personable teacher, very calm and soothing. The program runs for about five sessions, and you can do more if needed. I would say, it is money well spent that teaches you how to stay focused, in the moment and calm. In this day and age, I really needed that.

I wake…read moreup every day in excruciating pain and take pills over the course of the day that barely make a dent in the pain. I cry all morning and wish for death some days, like today. I have been trying to find out why it is taking an entire week to read an MRI, so I called AMI and explained my situation. I had been weeping continuously all morning from the pain and I was at my wits end. I still am. The first woman I spoke to was kind and caring and she gave me hope. But then I spoke to her supervisor who was more interested in blame-shifting than showing even a crumb of understanding or empathy or offering to help in any way. It was really sad to see. The US healthcare system is a devastating landmine field of red tape bureaucracy made possible by a lot of people who don't seem to care about anyone other than themselves. I fear we are doomed medically speaking here in the US at this point.

First time as a new patient here for dental care…read more Making an appointment- was simple I was taken care of by both Rae and Madison. Appreciate that they do stuff mostly by the mobile phones. Submitted insurance, forms via my phone which was very appreciated. And they were extremely patient with me. They even offered the option of same day appointments!! On the day itself- not much waiting was needed. I was the first appointment of the day. The lady who triaged me was very gentle and sweet- I did forget her name though. She also helped with xrays and blood pressure taking. Nerves got the better of me. I'm extremely skittish when it comes to dental appointments. Appreciated that the dental chair allowed me to look out the window to calm myself down. My dental hygienist - Kayla was delightful. Very gentle- i was expecting pain- never once did I feel pain. Carson- dental tech was also very calming. - he assisted with both xrays and orthopantograms (panoramic) and also applying fluoride. Last and not least- i appreciate the wonderful and calming Dr Louis Hedlund. Every step of what he was going to do was explained. Never once did i feel compelled to do something I didnt want to. ( some clinics oversell you stuff). They give you informed options. He is also very knowledgeable and very personable. Apart from some chairs and cabinets looking a little dated, everything was clean and bright. Check out and rebooking was a breeze. For the last 3 years, I have been in and out of Lincoln due to school and life events, which makes getting a dental appointment difficult, and I have been super impressed with the Oceans Dental cancelation list.
