She got all my vendors lined up (all I had to do was pay), she gave me more than what I could ask for esthetically, she is not only an amazing planner, but an amazing human being. If you're wanting a wedding planner that knows her thing, its her. She helped me all the way from Oklahoma. Thank you Heather, Three Sisters Team, and her in-house florist Courtney. You made my wedding everything I wanted and more.

We also hired their florist who was overwhelmed, overpromised and underdelivered and needed extra help. Three Sisters was the most disappointing and frustrating vendor in every sense. Would rate 0 stars if could. Stay away. We were assured on every call, "We just want you to relax and not worry about anything on your big day. We got this." It was surprising to hear at the rehearsal that "We aren't allowed on site until noon." The bride and bridesmaids were arriving at 9am. "The photographer is coming at 11am," we said. "Oh, they're the exception." We asked the event site coordinator who said they could've been there at 9am with us. We hired Three Sisters for the primary purpose of making sure the bride's stepmother did not interfere with any of the activities. This was repeated ad nauseum on every pre-planning call and stressed repeatedly. Within minutes of her arriving (and the groom saying, "That's her.") she had already made it into the bridal suite (where there was no coordinator at any time in the day assisting with all the logistics. When asked the coordinators said, "we are overwhelmed." The rings were not present immediately before the ceremony. The groom noticed last minute. Christina shrugged. She had been told where they were in the morning and forgot. They did not exchange contact information or start a group chat with the venue coordinators when one was asked to call our coordinator and ask where they were. A bridesmaid had to run up on a golf cart to get them. There was never any coordinator around when ANY photos were being taken despite them providing all our photo pairings and shot list as asked. Many photos were missed completely. At post-ceremony photos, family members left the ceremony site. We looked at each other and realized we had coordinators to help. Christina was cleaning between chairs. The groom explained to her to arrange the next group of family members the subsequent set behind them. Like a coordinator should be doing. There was no bouquet for the toss nor a coordinator anywhere to be found. The photographer had to take flowers out of a vase on the table. The flowers were sparse and did not match the pictures of inspiration provided. The bridal bouquet was tiny and had roses despite asking and told that ranunculus was available. The groom asked for sage and was given the eucalyptus he did not want. We said "lush." The sweetheart table to be covered, and you could see our legs and if we dropped food or silverware. The five beams cost $1800 to have a single strand of thin ivy wrapped around them. It looked like a string of Xmas lights. Heather helped her florist sister all day rather than focus on events. At one point they drove by on a golf cart and asked the groom, "Have they found the missing bouquet?" That is something he needs to worry about? During the middle of our dinner walked to our table to ask, "Are you mad at me?" Heather sent some staff off to eat off site bc "I forget who on my team has food allergies" despite us asking specifically being told none. Staff left on our dime. Uber Eats also would've been a better option. They asked the father of the bride for his speech (so he could "relax") and then lost it so we had to track it down. When the bridal processional started, the quartet played for 30 seconds before the gates were opened. Christina kept asking the bride if she was ready and she replied "Yes" three times while Christina just stared back but did not open the gates until the father of the bride had to sternly tell her to. This was the most awful and stressful experience and at no point in the day was anything coordinated. It was just made more complicated. We could've handled all the above had we known it was our responsibility. Instead, we TRUSTED them to take care of everything, and they blew it. It should be noted in response to the above they replied in email that not all of it was their fault. They would send us a follow-up email explaining what was not. That has still not been received but should be no surprise.

Instead, they forced us to pick everything up ourselves at the last minute because they suddenly "didn't have a driver." Fine, we made it work and hauled it all home. When it came time for pickup after the event, they hit us with a surprise $170 pickup fee--even though we live only 5 miles from their location in Ventura. On top of that, they tried to tack on a $70 gas fee for the short drive. None of this was ever mentioned upfront in the quote, contract, or any conversation. Zero transparency. When I pushed back and said we couldn't bring it back ourselves (which is why we rented with delivery/pickup in mind), they basically shrugged and said tough luck--they knew we had no other option and squeezed us anyway. This feels straight-up predatory. They bait you with one price, change the terms to inconvenience you, then slap on massive hidden fees when you're stuck. Customer service was dismissive and unapologetic--no refunds, no credits, no accountability. They clearly take advantage of people who are already stressed planning events. I've heard similar stories from others about surprise charges and poor communication. Save your money and your sanity--rent from literally anyone else. This place is not worth the hassle or the extra costs they sneak in. Avoid Ventura Party Rental at all costs!

There was not a single issue or hiccup, and that kind of execution is no small feat. The team was incredibly helpful, the food was truly impeccable, and the staff were so kind and attentive throughout the entire event. We received endless compliments from our guests, the catering was genuinely one of the highlights of the night. KB, the catering manager, was on another level! She took such amazing care of us as a couple, constantly checking in, bringing us food, and making sure we had everything we needed at all times. We never once had to look for her, she was always right there, anticipating everything before we even had to ask. She was like a hawk in the best possible way, completely on top of every detail while still being warm and calm. Because of her, we were able to fully relax and enjoy our wedding! A true gem! She was not wrong, every guest we spoke to said the food at our wedding was the best wedding food they had ever had. I HIGHLY suggest the mushroom pasta... trust me, just do it. At our food tasting there was literally not one item we didn't love- it was hard to narrow it down to the items we chose. The chicken and beef options were all so delicious also. The kindest servers and staff as well. Not only was the food out of this world but the table rentals/linens etc were beautiful- exactly what we were hoping for. We are so happy we added on the smore roasting tables as well- they were such a hit with not only the kids but all us adults as well for a late night snack (: Thank you DJ catering for making our day so incredible!

I really don't have time to be bothered with reading it every time but my interpretation is either a lack of honesty or a lack of confidence (or both) in their response... either way it's a red flag (and annoying)! Regarding the response posted: I was never given a choice of fabric so I also consider that a failure of Affordable Linen Supply; not of my own. It is your duty to educate a prospect and offer choices; that's what good sales people do. Further, the reason I asked that you stop emailing me is because I wasn't particularly keen on the reply I received (screenshot posted) after I questioned the price compared to the price to purchase them brand new. Firstly, I was not properly addressed! My name is not "yeah" and your reply seemed rude; again, "Yeah, it includes the cost of pressing them so they are ready to use, but if you are able to find them pressed and ready then that's awesome:)" - I would never address a prospect (nor customer) in this manner but we clearly differ. Further, when I stated the price to purchase is 1/5 the price to rent through Affordable Linen Supply, why was it not then that I was told there are different fabrics available? Why was I only told that you guys iron? Why was I not educated if you are such experts? I have since received the linens I purchased and they are of excellent quality; I am very pleased! I will have my employees make sure they are pressed prior to our event and we will bring our steamer for any travel wrinkles - your ironing is certainly not worth upwards of $500 and I don't need a license and bond to furnish my own linens. Lastly, your response only further makes my case as to why I do not recommend Affordable Linen Supply. I've never been fond of excuses and senseless rebuttals. Nonetheless, I wish you the best.

The delivery person arrived on time but set up wasn't indicated on his list. He was great about it and called the office right away to clarify. He was really professional and friendly about that, I know I would have been really annoyed if I was him. He set up the chairs PERFECT and checked details with me. He went through all the linens with me to make sure it was all there. All items were in great condition, no stains, tears, etc. I had actually brought a steamer because I hate creases in linens but I didn't even need to use it. Pick up was seamless, I think, idk I was drunk and didn't see them but everything was out on time! Hahahha My only complaint would be with the office side. I revised my quote a couple times along the way and they kept referencing the wrong quote when they would contact me. Even the week before my wedding they contacted me to confirm everything and it was the wrong quote. A couple items were the wrong color, but it was fine. I saw the delivery person's list had a different color was listed than what was on my quote. Also some random person and phone number was listed as the contact in my quote. Despite the errors, they were quick to fix them and I was so happy with the chairs, linens, and delivery process.

Tiffany was still available and helped us so much with booking vendors before the six months though so it did not feel like we just started being their clients at the 6 month mark. During our monthly phone calls, Tiffany was super detail oriented and made sure everything was being done on time. She provided really valuable insight and vision, helping with design, wedding flow, vendor requests, and infinite other items. Although we had our monthly calls, she was always available to us via text, email, and other calls if needed. She communicated with vendors on our behalf as well and made the whole process so much easier for us. On the wedding day, Tiffany and her team SHOWED UP. I cannot stress enough how much Tiffany and her team seamlessly and professionally ran the day. I did not notice anything go wrong, my husband did not notice anything go wrong, our families did not notice anything go wrong. Her team kept everything running so smoothly and went above and beyond making sure me and husband, as well as our families, felt like royalty the whole day. The fact we could turn our brains off and just enjoy the magic of our wedding was so incredible. I was able to relax and I knew that Tiffany had it covered. She was in our corner and we could really feel that the whole time. I could not recommend Tiffany and her team highly enough. Fair and transparent pricing, attention to detail, communicative and highly responsive, goes above and beyond for her clients. Tiffany and her team exceeded our expectations and made our wedding day truly the best day our of lives.

It genuinely felt like having a partner in planning. I didn't have to worry about a single thing -- every detail, every piece of signage, every vision we had was executed perfectly. My daughter's party was absolutely LIT with DJ Snuppi at the helm. He brings such incredible, unique energy and truly knows how to make a party feel like the time of your life. Our family and friends packed the dance floor, and my daughter's friends had an absolute blast with the high-energy games and interactions DJ Snuppi led throughout the evening. Our phenomenal dancer, Sara, was back by special request for our second mitzvah, and she was amazing once again. Also, Lisa was an absolute dream to work with during the planning process -- professional, organized, responsive, and genuinely kind every step of the way.
