My husband and I have been going to RAK for almost three years now. We have long thought about…read morewriting a review, but after reading the previous, and I feel extremely unfair review, I feel that Dr. Riley and the RAK staff deserve a review from patients who really know them. I have had injuries to my back and neck and have been going to the chiropractor for at least fifteen years. In 2013, we moved to Minnesota and I began to have a resurgence of back and neck pain and was in need of a chiropractor. Finding someone that you trust to crack and crunch your body is admittedly very intimidating. I chose RAK because they were the only provider with 5-star reviews on multiple sites. I was very nervous at my first appointment, but I was very happy with the professionalism of the staff and how I was treated. Previously, I had only gone to the chiropractor when my pain was bad enough that I couldn't stand it any longer. I was in college and did not have the funds to go consistently. Upon meeting with Dr. Riley, he had explained that many of his patients came weekly or biweekly and he felt like I would want to do the same. As a new graduate in a new career and a soon to be newlywed, I was skeptical that I would be so blown away that I would want to take the time and money to come that frequently. Three years later, my husband and I both look forward to our appointments weekly. We both have physically demanding careers and RAK keeps us moving and pain-free. I work in the medical field and truly value Western medicine, but Western medicine has not been able to consistently make an impact on my pain. Consistent chiropractic care has offered me an opportunity to change my pain without medications or expensive interventions.I have been amazed at how much more I am able to do with less pain. I have had a work-related injury and a car accident since becoming a patient at RAK. Dr. Riley has had me back up and going faster than weeks of physical therapy. The RAK staff remember us and things that we have going on in our lives. They are always friendly and professional.
