If you want to be able to pay your bill at all and especially on time this is not the place to go. There is a woman who lives onsite and works in the office however she is NEVER in the office. Her answering machine will always say she is open but may be out weed eating but look around she is nowhere to be found. She will rarely return a phone call but will always write in her log book she did call back and leave a message even but I guarantee you will have no message. She will never be available so you can make a payment bit she will always be available to ding you with late fees. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am not sure how they stay in business. DO NOT RENT HERE. She charges less than everyone else and it's still too much for what you get.
