The nursing staff that came in to take vitals were great and knowledgeable. They were friendly as well, making us feel very welcome. The Dr Reed came in. She was fantastic. She has a wealth of knowledge of pediatrics and has years of experience and has seen it all. She would talk about how some current trend started years ago and replaced another trend that came out of another trend. We talked about a range of topics and she answered all of our questions with ease and she was very present with us - she did not at all appear as though we were annoying her or driving her crazy with all of our new parent questions. You need to pick a pediatrician before you can leave the hospital with your baby. The good thing about these conglomerate clinics is that there is always someone to see your child. On the flip side, you can't always see the doctor you like when little one is sick. My best recommendation is to read the bios for the doctors in the clinic, and have at least a couple in mind for your child. If you are going in for routine visits, you can schedule them ahead of time and find out which days your fav dr is at your preferred clinic. As the clinic has expanded, there is more than one dr at a location and they are open Saturdays in some locations. As you work through the drs you can figure out who meets your expectations. There are always occasions when you don't jive with a dr but just don't see that one again! My kids each have their favorite, and luckily I wholeheartedly endorsed their picks. I have always felt I have easy access to them and they are definitely trying to keep moving forward into the future of better medicine and more options for health care. I think PYAM has fabulous pediatricians, they really care about the kids, and I have a great relationship with them also. The support staff has always been helpful and responsive when I have needed a copy of shot records or a camp letter.

The staff is thorough, including a doctor calling us at home, on a holiday, to check on our daughter who had pneumonia. I especially appreciate that you can come in anytime for ReadyCare visits - because of course children don't get sick on a schedule. Expect to wait if you come in for one of these visits -- but it's much better than our old clinic, where we were not able to get in for unexpected issues. Front desk staff has always been pleasant and courteous, and the doctors are fantastic. And, you can even get a flu shot when you bring your children in to get theirs. Our children are now teenagers, and they still feel well cared-for and comfortable here.

Front desk staff made sure I saw every single available dr incase something happened and I needed to see one of the other Dr's when I went into labor. I thought that was really sweet. They wanted to make sure I was completely comfortable with all the staff. I never had a "smear" before and Raidun was spoon gentle and coaxed me into trusting her and we clicked really well. I couldn't think of any better team than adefris! The level of care I received from the time I found out I was pregnant to the time it came for my emergency c section, I couldn't of had a better experience from Dr. Boeke and Dr. Crepeau. Dr. Boeke was so sweet from every prenatal visit to the final visit of my induction. He wanted to be the one to deliver my son and it so happened to work out that way. When it was time for the dr to come in during labor he grabbed my leg and rubbed it, just reassuring me that everything was going to be ok. And I couldn't thank him enough for that, especially as a first time mom. When it came to my last visit, I actually had tears in my eyes that I wouldn't be seeing him anymore. I had never met such an understanding and compassionate Dr before. I was on a specific medication and they worked with me talking to my prescribing clinic when I was having issues with them upping my dose due to my pregnancy. He always reassured me I was doing just fine and that I'd be a good mother and I really appreciated all the talks he, I and my husband had from start to finish. Needless to say if I have more, I'll be seeing these guys. I love them so much. They're an amazing woman's clinic.
