I have been trying to get in contact with this title company for a month about payment of my…read morehomeowners insurance through escrowed funds. They messed up and applied the funds that I paid during closing for taxes and home owners insurance completely to taxes, and now my insurance is about to lapse because they did not do their job correctly! They emailed the insurance rep that I would have to pay my insurance myself and wait to be refunded from the county. No apology, no explanation, no attempt to rectify the situation. I've left several messages and emails, my insurance company has reached out to them and even the loan processor has emailed them and still I can't get a hold of anyone. I even got an email a week ago that someone in management would call me that day. Still no call! Use a different title company!!!

They do NOT know what they are doing and should not be in this business. They consistently blamed my mortgage lender for things THEY should have known!! Cost me time and money. Very unprofessional when the lady doing my closing BOUNCED on a rubber ball the entire time... almost got sick watching her and trying to focus. I should NEVER have had a screaming argument with the person hired to close at a title company, but I did! I would run... NOT WALK away from this company... do not use. The location for this fiasco was their office in Addison.

Forget all the tax resolution companies with their over-promising websites and commercials -- they…read morewill under-deliver and you'll overpay. IRSPROB and Randell Martin is the real deal... he's a true tax whisperer. It can happen to anyone. You let one year slide, and then another -- and find yourself in a hole with a looming tax debt, terrified to deal directly with the IRS. Owing over 150K including penalties and interest (with the clock still ticking), I could barely sleep at night. Prior to meeting Randell, I had worked with another CPA firm that was accredited and had supposed experience with dealing with the IRS. But it just felt as if they were going through the motions... File the returns and get on a never-ending payment plan. There was no extra consideration as to other factors that might have contributed to my arrears, or exploring any relief options available to me. I actually met Randell by chance, and everything changed from that point on. He immediately got me current with my filings, and paid special attention to ensure I was maximizing every deduction I was entitled to. Randell left no stone unturned, and wanted to understand my complete financial picture including alimony and child support to my health situation attributing to huge medical bills and credit card debt. He determined that I would be a good candidate for an Offer in Compromise, and helped me compile all the required documents so he could submit the offer. One year later... the IRS accepted the offer, paying just a fraction of my debt. I'm now in compliance and can finally have peace of mind. Randell is not only a savvy CPA -- he combines compassion, experience and strategy to help you effectively navigate the tax system with real results.

They kept me in the loop the whole time and answered every email as soon as I sent one. I never had to sit in the waiting room -- they always took me straight back to a conference room and explained everything clearly. After my car accident, I knew when I started that legal things take a long time, and I was correct. The main reason is that the other side tried to drag things out, but Stacy and his team stayed on top of it. The online deposition and mediation were way easier and smoother than I thought they'd be. In the end they got me a great settlement, and I felt like they actually cared. I'd definitely recommend Kraft and Associates to anyone who needs a good lawyer.
