The first time I rented tables and chairs from this company they were delivered on time, but the…read moreitems were filthy. We spent an hour washing the dirt and dust off of the tables and chairs. When I discussed this with the owners they apologized and promised if we gave them a second chance that they would give us a discount. I contacted them for a second event, got a quote with a discount, confirmed in writing the date that we wanted to rent tables and chairs from them. Three weeks before the event I realized we would need extra tables and reached out by e-mail (that is method we had arranged quote & confirmation) no response. I waited several days and e-mailed again - no response. I called and left a message - NO RESPONSE The day of the event...they did not show up. Luckily, I plan ahead, double check details and had Plan B in place to seat 130 people despite this company not showing up. To make matters worse the day AFTER the event I get a marketing email from them advertising their services. I don't think even a cold day in H*ll would convince me to attempt to use this company again.
