My daughter loves this new play place at the mall!…read more It's free and parents are welcome to come in with their kids. It's basically a self-serve play area for kids under 10 years old. Parent supervisor is a must. Hello, we're literally at the mall with an open space for play. So definitely make sure you don't leave your children unattended. There is no one watching the place and children and parents can come and go as they please. My little girl just runs in and out as if it's her house. The slide near the back of the room is her favorite. She could slide and slide all day, since there's usually several kids her age sliding with her. There are other activities kids can play with like the shape builder table, the run-in-place race pole, and tablet-like screen to for creation. Ever since the first time we visit, several days before Christmas, we've stop by everytime we're at the mall. It's a good exercise for toddlers, from running around, screaming here and there, jumping, climbing, and sliding which will help them sleep or nap better afterwards. I recommend this place for parents who are waiting for the other parent to finish their shopping.

G this company makes millions I'm sure, lots of team members just sitting around. Hire someone to clean. Get new blocks in there. They look like they've all been chewed and it doesn't look like it's ever been cleaned in there if I'm being honest. The team member seem super clueless, and I called one day a couple times and never received an answer on the phone. I let one of the team members know I don't know if their phones are working because I couldn't get anyone to answer and he said "oh. ok" lol. They also have zero restrictions in the toddler area except for a sign that says no one above four. Lots of kids were running over my child. At the end of the day my daughter enjoyed it here but I didn't feel the most comfortable with how dirty it was.

Later on without any other reason terminated his monthly membership. It's wild to me that a place that deals with kids, would go to such extreme over fries. I'm very disappointed in this establishment and wouldn't recommend this place for monthly memberships as they seem very unprofessional. It's ran by kids and nobody seems to know what's going on. Place is a joke. If the owner Brett would like to solve this issue please contact me. But I highly doubt it with nobody knowing what's the hell is going on. I used to love this place.
