They responded after a few days saying they would drop off Sunday morning and did not provide a time. I asked three times within 12 days and still no response. Called them and still no answer. With lack of response and follow through I cannot trust that they will deliver. I already paid my deposit and everything so I had to cancel them and am rushing to look for a tables/chairs vendor now 5 days before the event. I don't know if they changed ownership or what happened because they were great when I used them for an event a couple years ago. Now they are unresponsive and untrustworthy.

FIVE STAR SERVICE!! RENT FROM THEM!! BEST PRICES!! Kay and…read moreA party rentals did an AMAZING job on the tent for my daughters graduation party. I found them on Yelp the reviews were all 5 star. They had the best and most competitive prices of any company that rents and drapes tents. They are a one stop shop, I rented tables , chairs, heat lamps, tables cloths, glitter table clothes , glitter runners, an easel, 20x20 tent draped with lights and a chandelier draped in two colors for around 800 dollars . YES ALL THAT FOR THAT PRICE and when I say YOU CANT BEAT THEIR PRICES, call around and you will see!!!!! Not only see their prices to speak about their customer service was also superior!!!!! Customer service was excellent I kept adding items and looking in their website Becuase they have so many great pictures. The communication was outstanding! They set up the morning Of my event and even came back by a few hours later to make sure everything was perfect after they left from setting up! When I say I am beyond pleased and happy with their service all around at every aspect I couldn't be more happier. Thanks sooooooo much Kay and A for making my event so amazing!!!! You have a new customer for sure and if anyone asks me you have word of mouth referral from Me forever!!!!
