We had a great time here with our two boys (3 and 5). Plenty to do to keep us all busy! The staff will happily open attractions you are wanting to do (mega drop, meltdown, walk trampolines), you just have to ask! My kids watched the safety video before we went in, and they took it very seriously. It was nice to have clear defined rules established by the facility so that I didn't have to be the bad guy. We jumped with them-and had so much fun! We burned 700 calories in two hours so skip the gym if you plan on going to jump . Private parking lot available. Price is $15 for first hour, then $7 for each additional. read more

Our grandsons ages 7 and 8 had a great time. They want to go back. Staff were polite and helpful but it was difficult finding someone to come to the concession area. We were there early Thursday afternoon so it wasn't busy. read more

The gentleman working tonight is awesome. However as for the owner/ management, they can't seem to inform him or staff of the specials or allow him access to printer paper and ink to print a receipt for the customer. Many times now we have gone and Facebook/website/print coupons are all different and incorrect. You can call and ask for the special of the night but depending on who you talk to you'll get a different answer cause no one knows what the heck is going on. No one seems to know what is going on ever!!!! Very bad business practice. read more

Booked a birthday party here it was a complete mess. You would think this was the first time they ever had a party here. Completely unorganized from start to finish. 40 minutes into a 2 hour party and I have asked for waters for the kids multiple times. I just keep being told "we will get them in a few minutes." Apparently they need to put each child's name on them so they don't get them mixed up. I understand that, but maybe hand them out in the beginning when kids are checking in or have a better system of labeling them. There are a bunch of kids all running around and jumping and are going to want something to drink. I called multiple times and emailed ahead of the party to confirm and update the number of kids coming, never received and phone call back or email. For the cost you would think they would be a little better organized. read more
