There are 2 zipper entrances and you must close one before opening the other otherwise the bubble will deflate and collapse on you. It's best to have an adult readily available to help the kids or hire an attendant. I had been in contact with Sara for months and she has been so great to work with! Communicating with her was so easy! I had to deal with a whole process with booking bounce houses at a certain venue and she met all requirements needed and everything turned out perfectly. Abby and her team are great to work with and provide clean, safe and sturdy bounce houses. I could tell by the care they took to set up and tear down the bounce house that their product was going to be top tier. I thought I was OCD with cleaning but they made sure the tarp was laid out perfectly, they carefully rolled out/up the bounce house, they wiped down the bounce before and after, and they put it away very neatly where it needed to be.
