I will recommend egg tarts, one of the famous dishes you will definitely need to try when eating dim sum. Some eat it as dessert as it is sweet but the great thing about dim sum is you get all the taste bud sensations in one sitting. I also will recommend the beef brisket noodle the meat is succulent fall off the bone texture. Full of flavour and the dish has loads of meat in it. I have to say is one of the best that I have tasted. For 3 people, 7 dim sums and a noodle dish for £35.00 was actually not bad value. We ordered salt and pepper chips which arrived plain and luke warm. The chips looked like they had been sitting for a while and then recooked for the order. The food was so bland and mostly cold. My partner couldn't even eat hers it was that bad to taste. She ended up only eating the egg fried rice. Now I understand that issues can happen and therefore we decided to call the take away to complain about the order. And this for me is where the problem really began. Most take always would normally accept responsibility l, apologise and resend the food. NOT this take away. The lady who I spoke to was so rude, refused to accept any sort of responsibility or offer to rectify the situation. She called me a liar on the phone! And when I told her that I would be leaving a bad review for this, she responded to say I will reply to the review and tell people you are liar! I have NEVER ever experienced such terrible customer service. And I warn everyone to avoid this take away, as they simply do not understand The value of customer service and will quite happily take £25.00 of you and simply call you a liar over the phone if you dare to express your frustrations over poor quality food.
