My insurance then reached out to try and figure out what the issue was. And, because my insurance doesn't pay as well as they want, the refused to see my husband unless he paid out of pocket. In the end, I don't want my husband seen by such selfish, money hungry people. Looking back, I have concerns about the thoroughness, organization, and overall management of this practice. To make matters worse, I recently received a bill for services from more than a year ago that apparently had never been submitted to my insurance and therefore never applied to my deductible. Shortly afterward, I received another delayed bill from the end of last year. This level of billing disorganization is on par with the care they provide. When I called the phone number listed on the bill to get clarification, I was told that "unfortunately, you have to call a different number". No one seemed able to help or take ownership here. Overall, my experience has been disappointing. Between the quality of care and the ongoing billing problems, I wish I had never step foot in this practice.
