There seemed to be a constant turnover of dentists, which made it difficult to receive consistent care. My biggest concern came after one of the newer dentists worked on my front tooth. I had three fillings come out within approximately two weeks. After returning and still not having the issue successfully resolved, I requested a refund. My request was refused. I also specifically asked for the owner, Dr. John, to contact me so I could discuss what happened and hopefully resolve the situation directly. I never received a call back. After being a longtime patient, I found this extremely disappointing. In my experience, the practice now seems much more focused on promoting veneers, cosmetic procedures, and additional services than on the jbasic restorative dental care that originally kept me coming back. I would strongly encourage potential patients--especially anyone needing fillings or restorative dental work--to ask questions about who will actually be performing the treatment, their experience, and what the practice will do if the dental work fails shortly afterward. I rarely leave negative reviews, but after losing three fillings in such a short period of time, being denied a refund, and receiving no response from the owner, I felt other patients should be aware of my experience before choosing this practice

After a thorough exam he suggested a partial root canal. He was able to drill through my ceramic cap and clean out the root and infection and put in a filling. I'm delighted to say that Dr. Max and his wonderful team have exceeded my expectations in every way. An acquaintance enthusiastically recommended Dr. Max, and after multiple visits and procedures, from routine cleanings to crowns, I understand why. His dental work is exceptional. He's meticulous, thorough and something of a perfectionist, much to his patients' benefit. But what distinguishes him just as much is the genuine care he brings to his work. One experience illustrates this particularly well. A supplier made an error with a custom crown, requiring an additional visit. Dr. Max was clearly a lot more frustrated about this than I was, and so apologetic about my time. On an unrelated subsequent visit, he mentioned he'd changed suppliers because of the incident, choosing one that would allow him to personally inspect the quality of the finished product before it left the manufacturer for his office. That told me a great deal about his standards and his sense of personal responsibility. Dr. Max is also kind, considerate, respectful and genuinely funny. He's a straight-shooter, which I appreciate enormously. He takes the time to educate his patients, explain his recommendations clearly and make sure every question is answered.
