The dip powder manicure was great. My nails were slightly shabby from the other place and blooming nails took the time and effort on my nails. The sides are filed smooth and fully "painted " and they removed all the dead dry skin and cuticles. They truly cared about the condition of my nails. I am extremely happy with my nails. I made another appointment to start practicing for my wedding coming up.

Quickly, I was sat in a spa massage chair and the water was perfectly warm (it was nice that he asked if it was ok). He really took his time with massaging my legs with lotion when he was done and put a warm towel on my legs. He perfectly clip, polished, and put an overcoat of polish on my nails. This place does charge 2 percent if you use a credit card so please bring cash.

I was also impressed by some of the options for the deluxe spa pedicure and I think I may return for that. The only criticisms I have are that even though you couldn't tell from further away, my topcoat had this weird bubble from being applied kind of sloppily and my nails smelled really weird after I'd left -- like.... Very chemically in a way they'd never smelled before with any manicure I'd ever received.... But overall, I was satisfied!

Every time I walk in I am greeted warmly by all the staff. Customers feel so comfortable we actually engage in conversations with each other. Every time I come in Vikki the owner has new colors to choose from. Its almost overwhelming because its just so hard to choose! They are constantly upgrading tools and other accessories to give maximum comfort and safety to clients. Last month I indulged in an amazing pedicure, which legitimately looks like I was just done within the past week even after wearing closed toed shoes every single day. When I broke out my sandals for the beautiful weather, my feet looked amazing. No cracks, chips, smudging...and because of the meticulous work they do on the cuticles, you can barely even see growth. I will never again go to another business for my nails care needs. Additionally, I decided to get an eyebrow wax done. Ive been trying to grow mine out for quite some time after being butchered sone place else, and they look so lovely. I previously had problems with wax, but they ate so clean and sanitary, as well as gentle, there there was no residual issues. My toes were fine, I was not looking for too much, but my nails on the other hand were a different story. I was not paying much attention when getting my nails done but the shaping was off that I asked for which made my nails so short. I didn't realize until I paid and got into my car, that my nails were streaky, bubbly, clumpy, there was polish on my fingers that I had to clean up, and there was not a correct coat of polish on each finger. I was so upset so I called back and Kathy said that she would redo them. So I took her word and got them fixed. While I was there I asked her to fix the polish and the shape. But my nails got even SHORTER!! And the polish, still wasn't great. I even scheduled another appointment before my appointment to get 3 pedicures with 2 other people with me. Kathy had explained that 1 person would have to wait. I can't stand when this happens! I booked 3 because I wanted them all to be at the same time. Therefore I did not go back. I was really hopeful about Kathy and KNK but this was not a great experience.
