There was no request or question too small or too large for her to address - I can't even begin to estimate the number of hours she spent doing research for me, touring neighborhoods and homes with me, and helping me understand the pros and cons of the homes I was interested in! She helped me think through every angle of my purchase and her research even prevented me from buying a property that had extensive, hidden, and potentially irreparable flood damage. If you're looking for a realtor who will *listen* to you and work her bum off to make you happy and to help you make an informed, sound decision, I can't recommend Tina highly enough.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Sam!…read more As first-time home buyers, my husband and I came into this process both nervous and unsure of what to expect. From the moment we met with Sam, he gave us an extremely thorough run down of what this process would entail and what to expect during each phase of the home-buying process. Sam takes the time to really listen to your ideas, wants, and needs while also providing extremely valuable input. When viewing homes, Sam really helped us try to envision them as if they were our own. He would ask us "So what would the set-up look like in this room?" etc. He would also point out different details regarding repairs/ work that would need to be done to the home based on his experience. This was very helpful as most of these details are things we would likely have never noticed. When we were ready to submit an offer, Sam walked us through each step and gave us helpful tools to make our offer stand out. Sam is quick to respond and was always there to reassure us or answer our questions. He has the biggest heart; you can tell that he truly cares for his clients. We will absolutely be recommending Sam to anyone who is trying to purchase/sell a home. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we have Sam to thank for that! I would also like to say that Sam's assistant Robyn is equally as amazing and also played a huge role in making this such a smooth and enjoyable process. She is so kind and was also always there to answer our questions. She is a huge reason as to why we were able to have a stress-free experience. With the amazing help of both Sam & Robyn, my husband and I purchased our very first home last week. We will always be so thankful that they got to play a role in one of our biggest accomplishments.

Sam is simply the best!…read more I have been fortunate enough to get to know Sam prior to even looking into purchasing a home. He has always been extremely kind, friendly, and overall just a great human. When it came time for my wife and I to look into purchasing our first home, Sam was the obvious choice. Sam's knowledge, experience, and honesty is what I think sets him apart from the rest. He was quick to respond to any questions we had, provided us all the tools and resources to help us find the right place, and genuinely cared about us finding a home that we loved. There were several times that he went above and beyond to make things work especially when it came to working around our toddlers schedule. Also my daughter absolutely loves Sam and always asks about him, which surprised me because she is extremely shy. He also has amazing connections and set us up with a fantastic lender and title company which made for the most comfortable and fun buying process. I can't recommend him enough!!!

She had our home not only sold in 2 days, but we got 5 offers because she knows how to properly market a home! Every detail was managed and overseen by her. I count myself not easy to work with (I stress a lot and ask a lot of questions), but Jennifer was so patient and understanding. None of this came as a surprise to me as I had met her while helping a very pregnant friend of mine pack while her husband had just been put in the hospital for an illness. Jennifer was there on the front lines as their realtor packing and helping take out trash just before closing. In the purchase of my new home Jennifer didn't just show me homes that we're in the top of my price range, she focused on what my family needed and even pinpointed it down so well that we ended up buying the first one she showed us. We will definitely use Jennifer again whenever the need arises and I wholeheartedly recommend her as your realtor.

While some people don't like to pay the realtor/agency commission, my husband and I have repeatedly said that it was well worth the money to have Toni and her team in our corner. Toni was able to help us evaluate what were reasonable requests during our sale and purchase and where we may have room to negotiate. I would recommend working with The Gillig Group for any serious home seller and/or purchaser. Toni is extremely knowledgeable about the Nashville real estate market and the surrounding areas. Because of this, she was able to help us sell our home and make decisions surrounding the sale that came with years of experience, personalized care, and professionalism. I could go on about how they went above and beyond in their service, but I will leave it at that for now.

I explained that I understood repairs could take a few days if something needed to be fixed, but I never expected to deal with ongoing A/C problems for more than 2 months. Since moving in, the A/C has repeatedly stopped working. I have now been informed that drywall will need to be removed so that ductwork can be installed to vents that were apparently never connected to the A/C system. Finding out that the home has missing or improperly connected ductwork after moving in is extremely concerning. I also never received a move-in inspection before taking possession of the property. Because I rented the home sight unseen, I expected there to be an opportunity to document the condition of the property when I moved in. That never happened. Now I'm almost positive I'll lose my security deposit even with all the videos and pictures I took prior to moving my stuff in. If you are considering renting through Marshall Reddick, I would strongly recommend documenting everything yourself, keeping all communication in writing, and thoroughly inspecting the property before signing or taking possession. And if A/C is a BIG make-it or break-it, like it is for me, then good luck trying to get them to put it into your lease contract. They'll just reassure you it will be just fine. Then months later during the summer you barely have A/C.
