I have been using Julia Extra Cleaning for three years. This cleaning service was recommended by my friends. I simply called Julia three years ago and requested a quote. She scheduled a walk thru at my house and gave me a quote that was fair and reasonable for my whole house. The first time cleaning was higher than the usual scheduled weekly cleaning. This was reasonable. My service request for cleaning pertained to whole house cleaning bi-weekly. This included 3 Bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, kitchen, family room, dining room, and mud room. I was much to my surprise how amazing the cleaning services were from Julia and her team. They take the time to make sure each room is thoroughly cleaned but also make sure items are placed back into original location after cleaning countertops etc. The bedroom cleaning was impressive based their bed making skills and carpet cleaning techniques. My ceiling fan has been consistently free of dust. Second impressive touch is The primary bathrooms are always sparkly clean. The magical touch is that if there trash is in bathroom or rooms it gets removed and taken care of during day of cleaning. They always do an excellent job of the kitchen including microwaves and exterior of the fridge. They are a well trusted team of professional cleaners. Their cleaning skills From bathrooms, bedroom, kitchen, and other living space cleaning exceeded my expectations. They do a thorough cleaning of the carpets and the bare floors. They make sure floors are dry before placing rugs or mats back. The team comes in at close to requested schedule timing sometime times may vary but close to expected cleaning time and focuses on cleaning with minimal cell phone usage. They are super efficient with the times they spend at the house. I highly recommend Julia Extra Cleaning Services. For the monetary value of their cleaning I would say they are reasonably priced and do an excellent job when they are cleaning my house. They are a well trusted team of professional cleaners. I am posting this on behalf of my grandma. These cleaners came in with a specific agenda and tried to do more in order to get more money out of my grandma. They contacted their supervisor and began to speak Spanish so my grandma couldn't understand. Then began to act as if they couldn't understand my grandma after just speaking to her in English as well. They attempted to scam my grandma and do more than what was originally asked and quoted in order to get more money. It sickens me that people would do such a thing to the elderly. She quoted me for a deep clean but they did not clean everything they were supposed to. She came in with 2 young girls and I went through the house and we discussed everything they would do. She left the 2 girls there to clean. I went about my day trying to stay out of their way. After a couple hours my husband said they were sitting in their car and they said they were done. They had not said anything to me before they left. I was surprised but I hadn't been watching what all they had cleaned so I wrote the check and he took it out to them. After checking around the house I found a few things not cleaned and what they did clean, they did not put back where they found it. Most things on my dressers and tables were not put back where they were....not even close. I didn't call her thinking she would be calling to see how it went since I had originally told her I would have them come back for recurring monthly cleanings. Not a word from her. I knew it would do no good to call her then since she evidently is not a good businessperson and wouldn't do anything about it since several people complained to her and she refused to make it right with them. DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES HIRE THIS COMPANY. This was by far the absolute worst cleaning service Ive ever had and experienced. Not only was the owner unprofessional, she was irresponsible, she tried to rip me off, and did not do the basic services she offered. To start I reached out to this business to hire for a DEEP CLEAN, and used those words exactly to emphasize the severity of the job due to previous owners lack of cleaning. I inquired about additional services such as cleaning vents, inside of cabinets, and appliances. She quoted me $375, I reiterated requested services again and she stated $375 (all via message, proof attached). When she arrived to my house we did a walk through and she then said it would be $400, forgetting she had just quoted me $375. The house was completely empty so they did not have to move anything pull out anything, it was a completely EMPTY house. When she arrived it was her and 2 young girls. The young girls started cleaning and she left, left them there to clean. Shortly following I went to work. As I left the house I texted her to leave the house key in the mailbox when they finish and lock up. I returned to my home hours later after work and my house front door was completely left unlocked and they lost my key. I did a walk through and immediately started to notice the trash and half work they did. I reached out to her to tell her the horrible job her and her team did. She immediately became defensive and begun denying everything so I took pictures in which she then offered to come clean what was not cleaned. Floors were not swept, floors were not mopped, carpet not vacuumed, cabinets had grease and grim on handles, lights had grease and grim on them, cobwebs were still where they were. Visible places were not swept nor cleaned. After sending her the photos I realized she did not help those girls clean nor did she check their work. I told her to take some money off of the ridiculously poor job they did and she only offered to take $25 off of $400 which she attempted to get over on me. Not to mention is costed me $230 to replace the locks in my home after thwy loat my house key. She was so rude, unprofessional and the worst cleaning service ive ever used. I have a cleaning business myself so I understand the job, but she completely tried to get over. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THE WORST. read more
